The location and facilities are convenient, bathroom has ample space, with a bath, shower, washing machine. The apartment is small but comfortable, there is space for suitcases along the floor, and there is a closet with hangers and an iron. Kitchenette has enough supplies to use comfortably.
Communication with the host during the stay was very quick, and problems were resolved within the same day. Very good customer service.
There were some moisture stains on the wall which should be treated by the property, as well as some dirt/filth on the curtains and in some parts of the floor, as well as some filth behind the washing machine.
Upon contacting the host, the apartment was throughly cleaned, curtains were replaced and the stay was much nicer after that

It’s clean and has everything we needed for an 8-night stay. It was also comfortable for two people. With two nearby train stations, getting around and reaching different parts of the city was very convenient.
Although it’s a nice area, it can take a bit longer to get to Shibuya, Shinjuku, and nearby neighborhoods. However, both Nippori and Nishi-Nippori stations are on the Yamanote Line, so getting around is still very convenient and not really a major issue.

A bit clean
1. To small not value for our money
2. Not safety for customer coz anyone can climb to the stairs from left of the block.
3. The main entrance was a bit dirty.
4. No place to hang the clothes after washing coz the washing machine wasnt have a driyer.
