Situated in Clearwater Beach, this lovely condo for $204 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. Our priority: A Clean & Healthy environment for all family members, every guest, each friend. A minimum of 30-hours between reservations gives our cleaners time to disinfect all surfaces & freshly wash all bedding & towels. Our condo is properly cleaned & thoroughly sanitized before & after each stay. We follow CDC requirements for a healthy & safe home-setting environment. Disinfectant & basic cleaning supplies are always provided during your stay. We have a no contact check-in/check-out system. There is no office and no main entrance. You have a private door for the entrance to your condo with a keypad instead of keys. We have 2 stairways and 1 elevator. The elevator has an outgoing air exchange, constantly taking out the old air and bringing in the fresh air. Be assured that you & your family will enjoy a relaxing, comfortable stay at Bayside Condos. WaterView corner condo, 2nd floor, on the island of Clearwater Beach. AMAZING water views from every window, including the balcony. King size bed in semi-private bedroom area and an upgraded queen size sofa sleeper in living room area. This studio is 405 square feet, but space is maximized to utilize every bit of it. It's just a 10-15 minute beachy sightseeing walk to the soft sands of Clearwater Beach. Secured FREE WiFi and a Smart TV for your Netflix viewing account. New owner is a verified Superhost.

Perfect place for our 3-night stay. We were in town for a wedding. Location was absolutely perfect, close to just about everything. Unit itself had all the amenities we could want and then some! Owner provided an awesome manual with how to get around to various beaches. We had a very pleasant stay!

The condo was perfect for 2 people. The management was great. We had trouble getting into the condo but someone came immediately, put in a new code # and there were no other issues. The condo was well stocked with kitchen and bathroom amenities. We had a great time. Everything was in walking distance for us which we took advantage of! We would love to stay again in the future!!

Tiffany was a great host. The condo was perfect and had everything we needed. Close to beaches, shopping and restaurants. Uber rides were always minutes away when we wanted them. We would definitely stay again. Thank you!

Loved the location. Very quiet at night. Just a block away from great restaurants and shopping. Trolly ride away from the beaches. We loved the convenience of the access to Sand Key Beach which we found quieter than Clearwater Beach. But still easy access to CB if you wanted it. Van was great help with the smooth check in. Great space for 2 of us. Just enough kitchen and balcony was a nice space for coffee or a glass of wine. Clean, cute "beachy" decor. Was really nice to have the beach gear available. It was a great stay. We were very pleased.

Perfect for couple. Great view of Marina area. Quiet! Very clean and well appointed. Loved Tiffany who went out of her way to make room hypoallergenic and fragrance free to meet my medical needs. Truly grateful to her for going the extra mile.

The property was very clean. I would have to say, that everything was perfect. The only thing I was slightly disappointed by was the view. From the listing, it looked as if you had a full view forward into the yacht club. As it turns out, it is more just a side view from the balcony. A little misleading. Overall, we had a great stay.

This is the perfect place for 2 people. There is ample space and all you need for your stay. The place was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The location is very convenient.

The communication with hosts in advance was timely and helpful. Stepping into the unit, we were beyond pleased with the cute place and the view. As we got settled, we kept finding more and more special touches that showed how much thought was put into making our stay comfortable. A few examples include: ice already made in the ice trays, ice packs in the freezer, small tissue packages, beach chairs and flotation devices, a beach caddy, a soft side cooler. We would definitely stay again.

Everything worked! Very functional use of space! Beautiful views! They even had cold water in the frig upon arrival! Will definitely stay again! Easy to walk to anywhere on the beach! Lots of shops, restaurants and very close BUT off the busy road!

Just as advertised, no surprises. My husband and I wanted to get away for a few days and this was the perfect spot. The location is close to just about everything, we barely used our rental car. I appreciated all the beach gear in the closet as we did need it for our beach days. Check out Sand Key Beach, it is one of the cleanest beaches!! If you get to Jimmys Fish House, try the crab cakes, they’re to die for!! I recommend Cabana Grill for lunch, their grouper sandwich is legendary. We loved this spot so much we are already planning on coming back with our kids for our daughters birthday.

The property was very clean. Parking lot, building exterior inside all very nice. The layout of the interior makes the most out of small space. The kitchen has a microwave, oven and refrigerator. I would stay here again. A trip over to the sand key is quick and a nice beach. Try the Colombian restaurant just across and down a bit from the sand key. Great Cuban food.

Location of property was perfect for our needs, close to beach, grocery store, and several good restaurants away from the hustle and bustle. We chose to cross the bridge and use the quieter Sand Key Beach which was very relaxing.

We went here to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary. Very clean and looks just like the pictures. Great location: can walk to great restaurants and the pier for excursions is a 20 minute walk. We loved it!
