The location was excellent, only about 15 minutes from the venue my family and I was attending. The facility was very clean and conveniently located on Baylor University’s campus. We also appreciated the consistent security presence and the well-lit surroundings, which made us feel safe and comfortable throughout our stay.
We did have an issue with the upstairs bathroom sink, which would not drain when we first arrived. I contacted the owner by text, and they promptly took care of the problem the following day. They were very responsive and even left us a small gift as an apology for the inconvenience, which was a thoughtful touch.

Wonderful Kitchen appliances. Lovely beds and linen. Accommodation is perfection - everything you need for a comfortable stay. I would highly recommend and would definitely book again.

Location right at Baylor,,,extremely clean,,,ample amenities,,,extremely easy to contact staff for any type of need,,,fair price,,,extremely accommodating,,,parking right in front of your unit,,,absolutely beautiful inside,,,a rustic country look and feel,,,
Been booking here 2 times a year for the 4 years that my child was attending Baylor,,,but this last time the sewage in the whole complex was backed up and caused a tiny flood in the downstairs bathroom when showering in the upstairs bathroom,,,I give 2 reasons for this issue,,,lots of big families were booked at this complex due to graduation and the toilet paper used is way too thick and doesn’t breakdown easily causing the back up,,,notified staff and we were relocated immediately,,,
