Location and clean space!
Everything was perfect. Had an issue with the door but it was resolved in a timely manner!

I liked it because it was literally walking distance to the beach
The parking was crazy lol but it wasn’t bad

It was very clean, close to the beach and other amenities. The owner was very polite and answered any questions I had before the stay.
The only thing was the parking is tight, which the owner did inform me of. The best way to park is backing in.

We really like the proximity to the beach and restaurants. The beds were comfortable.
The condo is very dated. The furniture is old, somewhat dirty and worn. We were only given 1 towel each which are very worn and small. No dishcloths, or dish towels. There were no directions on how to log in to the Internet or password. There were not directions on how to work the television. We didn't know the coffee maker was a Keurig which requires special pods.
I had to make several inquiries on just accessing the condo.
