Situated in Detroit Lakes, this lovely house for $125 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. This 3-bedroom 1.5 bath on Lake Sallie will make your summer vacation one to remember. With 100ft of lake shore and a full lakeside patio will provide hours of family enjoyment. Slab-on-grade construction makes access a breeze for all ages. Full kitchen with a fridge with ice maker, dishwasher, regular coffee pot, microwave with basic kitchen utensils, pots, pans, and dishes for your use. Bedroom one has a King bed, bedroom two hosts a queen, and a full bed in bedroom 3. Each bedroom has a ceiling fan. The dining room table seats 8 with 2 stools at the kitchen bar top, providing plenty of room for groups to enjoy a meal together. A heated garage with an extra fridge with another ice maker along with a pool table will provide great entertainment on a rainy or winter day. We are a pet-friendly home with prior permission and a pet fee – the yard is fully fenced and works perfectly for a smaller dog as it is waist high. A gas grill is also available for your use. Short distance to Hotel Shoreham and Detroit Lakes Country Club.

This Barbara Beach house was perfect for our visit to MN. My brother from Fargo, who is experiencing early onset Dementia, loved every minute he spent in the house; over and over again stating how much it felt like home and how happy he was to be there. The beds were very comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed, and the deck was perfect for visiting and viewing the lake. We highly recommend this lake house!

We love this property! Had everything we needed! Well stocked, beautiful area, great location, super comfortable! We were able to rent a couple paddle boards from SotaLake Property. We would like to come back again next summer!

Everything about the rental with the exception of the odor (mainly present when using the hot water) would be a 5. The location, house, deck, etc, we’re all amazing! When the hot water was used the smell was overwhelming. My son left very early as he would not shower at the rental. My husband and I also left a day early as we wanted a shower did not smell. We have rented and owned lake property, so it is not the normal “lake” odor. The odor would rate a zero - the rest would rate a 5. If the owner gets the odor fixed, we would definitely rent this place again.

Our week on Barbara Beach was truly relaxing. We enjoyed everything about the cottage. The beds were so comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed, the dock and beach were wonderful, and the overall environment made us feel entirely at home. We couldn't have hoped for a better experience and we will always cherish fond memories of our stay.

Great gas fireplace, beautiful views, lots of windows, two nice bedrooms and a very large and comfortable separate master. Great vaulted living room and dining room for games, socializing or movies! Even a jacuzzi tub in the larger bath! Would be great with level lot to lake in summer, too! Would stay again.

We are such last-minute planners and were very surprised to find a cabin available during MEA weekend. We were a little worried it might not be all that great but were pleasantly surprised. The place is so nice and the view is so pretty. It was defiantly a hidden little gem that obviously not a lot of people know about. There was plenty of room for our family of six and the beds were very comfortable. We ventured into town for dinner and shopping and were impressed with how nice it is there. We would highly recommend this place!

Beautiful house and location. Too bad the lake was so low as we were unable to enjoy any water time. Also yellow jackets made the patio time difficult; however, view from living room is spectacular. Other than no corkscrew provided, all the kitchen amenities were great.

This place is so adorable! We loved staying here. The best natural light I have seen! It is bright and airy. We were even more pleased seeing the place in person! Property Manager was very attentive! We were there on a very cold weekend and one of our cars did not start. Kristen sent Evan from their maintenance dept. to help us! They really went above and beyond to help us in a situation that they did not have to! Great Job!
