Nestled in Reykjavik, this lovely condo for $339 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. Summary: Close to everything: Reykjavik Art Museum, National Gallery of Iceland and countless bars and restaurants all around. The idyllic Tjörnin lake, Reykjavik Harbor and the scenic foot and bicycle path that runs around the Reykjavik seaside are close by. Ten minutes' walk from the BSI Bus Terminal where the FlyBus stops and same distance to Reykjavik Swimming Hall. The Space: The apartment is located on the ground floor of a totally newly renovated Reykjavik townhouse. There is a separate entrance away from the street and a small garden. Inside, there is a large open space with a living room and kitchen. There are two separate bedrooms, one with a king-size double bed and the other with twin beds that can be pulled together. The spacious bathroom is equipped with a shower – and of course running the plentiful hot water from the Reykjavik geothermal springs. Guest Access: Guests have access to the whole apartment. Everything within the apartment is private and for you to use at your convenience. The Neighborhood: The Þingholt area of the downtown 101 postcode is the most secluded and exclusive, yet central part of Reykjavik. Purely a residential area, it is only minutes from virtually everything. Overnight on-street parking is free, with free 24-hour parking 500m/yds away from the apartment. Getting Around: Only minutes away from the downtown bus and taxi stops and CityBike rental stand Ten minutes' walk from the BSI Bus Terminal where the FlyBus stops. Of course, walking is the best option with Reykjavík's best bakeries, a grocery stores and countless bars and restaurants, as well as most of the galleries, theatres and concert halls only minutes away. A special map of the essentials is available in the apartment. Other Things to Note: Cots, cribs, high seats and other children/baby furniture are available upon request. Important note! In Iceland beer, wine and liquor is only sold in one chain of stores called "Vínbúðin" (apart from restaurants and bars). Interaction with Guests: We are ALWAYS available for you for any matter. We answer online and via email promptly but in case of emergencies our phone number is listed in our arrival info document.

Great place, clean and warm. Very close to everything. Parking was a little hard to find, but this is no fault of the owner or management. We found it a little unusual that the apartment had no TV, but then again, we didn't come all the way to Island to watch TV, just something that struck as as unusual. The host was very responsive: responded to every email I sent within minutes. We would recommend this place to small families like ours. Everyone was super happy with it. Thank you!

Just as advertised, this was located in the center of Reykjavík, which was easily walked for hours. Lots to see! The apartment was lovely! Would stay there again in a heartbeat!

We couldn’t have asked for a more convenient location. Everything we wanted to do in the city was easy walking distance. We did have a car for excursions outside the city and lucked out most days with parking right out front when we returned. We hope to come back to Iceland and will definitely try to stay here again.

Love it here. Enough space to stay for a family of 4. It does need to provide some extra towels and pillows. One per person does not work well but we were able to manage it.

We really enjoyed our stay here. It is extremely close walking to everything! It is also very clean and cozy. We would definitely stay here again, and have already referred it to another person wanting to go and stay pre-cruise as well. Thank you!

This is a great property. Everything you need got a short stay. Hosts were easy to communicate with. Only downside is the poor wifi. Would recommend this is improved for future guests as the internet strength was not strong enough for work-related activity. Other than this, the property is a total winner!

My son and I came to Iceland for Spring Break and thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The apartment was spacious and comfortable. I loved the ambience and close location to downtown. The property managers provided excellent and clear communications and the price was reasonable. Highly recommended!

We loved staying here for our last two nights in the city. The location made it easy to relax and get around for a few last minute outings. The apartment is spacious and comfortable and was especially large for just two people, a splurge for us but we were lucky to find the listing due to the time frame in which we booked. Kitchen is well equipped with a dishwasher and full sized fridge (plus a washer/dryer) but I couldn't find a cutting board, so if you plan on doing a lot of cooking you may need to consider bringing or buying one. Would stay here again, for sure!

Walking distance from everything just be sure to use the PARKA app for your vehicular it’s easy to use, I got one parking ticket it wasn’t that expensive but it was a big hassle to pay.

The flat itself is modern, clean and spacious whilst set in a pretty, traditional building. We very much enjoyed our stay. The beds were comfortable and there is a great shower in the bathroom. The location is excellent for exploring the city and nearby some favourite coffee, eating & drinking places. Parking was super easy on street (and very cheap compared to most European cities). Getting out of town to explore the landscape was really easy. If i could change anything? We hadn't noticed that, as per the listing, there is no TV or speakers, which would have been nice for long dark nights in Iceland. Also, toiletries weren't provided, but there is a supermarket 2mins away. Neither had a huge impact on our stay, hence the 5 stars.
