Located on the 2nd floor, unit #223 offers a shared balcony that overlooks the pool with a partial yet enjoyable view of the Gulf of Mexico. Location: Clearwater Beach - White sand, crystal clear waters, and endless sunshine. A paradise for beach lovers. Pelican Pointe is centrally located in the heart of Clearwater Beach, right across the street from one of the top-rated beaches in America. It is conveniently positioned within a short walking distance from various restaurants, exciting nightlife options, and an array of enjoyable activities that makes Clearwater Beach an incredible destination. Accommodations: Our double suite is the largest and most impressive room we offer. It's designed to accommodate up to six guests and offers two full size beds. With a spacious living area of 380 square feet, you'll have plenty of room to relax. A private bathroom is fully stocked with towels and toiletries for your convenience. Additionally, the room includes a well equipped kitchenette and a flat screen TV for your entertainment needs. The separate living area has a full size sleeper futon and a dining area. If you want to enjoy some fresh air, you can step out onto the shared balcony, which has seating for two. To ensure your stay is worry-free, our dedicated on-site staff provides daily housekeeping service so that you can sit back and relax! Good To Know: - As of March 1, 2024, ongoing building repairs are underway. Please note that construction noise may occur Monday through Friday between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM. - Check in time is at 3 PM. Checkout time is at 11 AM. - Parking is limited to one spot per room. Parking pass provided at check in. - Daily housekeeping provided. - No pets allowed. - There are no refunds for early departure or late arrival. - Pool hours are 8 AM - 10 PM. - Office hours are 8 AM - 11 PM. - Afterhours security. - On-site laundry room. - Minimum age to book and check in is 21. No exceptions. - All units are non-smoking. There is a designated smoking area in breezeway. - Kitchenette does not offer cooking facilities. - There is ongoing construction at nearby hotels. While this does not affect our property or amenities, you may experience construction noise during your stay.

Great location, close to beach, restaurants and shopping. There is a fair amount of construction nearby, but it really did not impact our trip.

The actual room was clean and the listing was accurate. It is a little too tight if you have grown children. For 2 adults and 3 little kids it would probably be fine

Great family vacation spot! Staff was friendly and prompt with anything we needed. The room was clean and online pictures reflect true appearance. The pool was a nice size, clean and warm. Clearwater Beach was right across the street, close to shops and restaurants. The room could use a new paint job and the outdoor areas could use some updating. Things to note would be to bring your own hair dryer because the one provided is small and the back screen is broken and had to be held on. Bring your own paper towel/napkins because that is not provided in the kitchen area but a was cloth, towel, cups, plates, silverware and a coffee maker is. Overall, we had an amazing time in Clearwater Beach and the hotel/VRBO met our family’s needs. We would definitely go back!

Great property & awesome location

This property met and exceeded all expectations from accuracy of photographs, cleanliness of the room / grounds, and location to everything going on. The staff was all friendly and numerous times a day we saw them keeping up with cleanliness and details around the property. It's definitely family-friendly but also very close to good nightlife. 100% would stay again and recommend to friends.
