Casa immersa nel bosco delle colline toscane , tranquillità totale.
Solo la strada per raggiungere la casa andrebbe resa più accessibile. Avvertenza clima ( non credo serva) non presente e nemmeno tv.

unico elemento,ma importante...il riscaldamento...non esiste...il camino da solo non è sufficente ed è pericoloso tenerlo acceso di notte....aria non buona con camino acceso.Non si può affittare un appartamento,casale senza riscaldamento nei mesi freddi,solo da maggio in avanti....infatti abbiamo interrotto nostro soggiorno 5 giorni prima.almeno ci fossero stati dei caloriferi elettrici nelle camere...
