Great house with excellent facilities at a very reasonable price.

Lovely location in the centre of Rhayader so very convenient for shopping or going out for meals. The house is set back from the road and so is very quiet. The area for parking is spacious and there was outdoor seating (suitable for meals outdoors) at both the front and back of the house. The house was very modern, nicely furnished and the kitchen facilities were excellent. The wifi worked really well too. Overall the house was outstanding value for money.

great stay in a lovely part of Wales everything we needed for our stay.

very clean, modern and comfortable. parking, area was convenient to beautiful countryside and you can walk into the small town to pubs etc.

Very nice and comfortable stay.

Very clean, cosy and modern house. Very good location, close to grocery shops and pubs. Free parking provided.

Coffee maker was listed but not present... It would be nice to have one :) However, instant coffee was provided instead ;)

Location was great, didn’t have breakfast.

The property is listed as two bedrooms and two bathrooms but it isn’t. It has one ( 1 ) family bathroom and a down stairs toilet. We expected two bathrooms between 4 adults when we booked. They don’t allow guests in the property either, so my daughter and son in law couldn’t come to see us.

Very comfortable three night stay in modern barn

Simply and stylishly appointed and very well equipped. Very easy parking. Rhayader was a great base for us to explore the Elan Valley. The Co-op shop was very convenient. The owners were very welcoming and offered advice for good local pubs

Superb

The location was perfect for us visiting friends and travelling around the countryside. The house was ideal base it was modern clean and child friendly. Our hosts were friendly and acoomodating. We would recommend this property as a base for the area.

We were sorry that we were unable to show our relatives (who who were staying elsewhere) how nice 2 Bear Barns was, due to Insurance regulations.

A four day stay in the beautiful scenery of the Elan Valley

Excellent location in the centre of Rhayader, near to the main co-op store. Parking was no problem as the property had its own allocated parking space. The Elan Valley was just down the road. The accommodation was very new, with a bright and airy open plan kitchen diner and lounge. The bedroom and bathroom were sparkling. You have to provide your own towels which is no problem as we were informed of this up front.

Broadband was a little slow but managed to connect to a different wifi which was better. Could have done with a couple of dish washer tablets. A couple of the kitchen utensils were a bit flimsy, these are very minor points. so don't let these detract from a what was high quality accommodation.

Lovely short break

Everything! It was beautifully clean. Very comfortable and well equipped. The parking was right outside and ample turning space. The cottage is perfectly located. The owner was so friendly and helpful. A really lovely stay and would highly recommend it.
