Overall so pleased. Beautiful facility with amazing access to lifts.

Amazingly close to lifts & town center. Easy access to parking garage & heading to the lifts.

Garbage disposal stunk, had a dirty washcloth shoved in it, and it made the whole area smell. Left bathroom sink didn’t drain.

extremely disappointed in the false information and overpaid for what I did receive

the location to the ski mountain is great

I paid for use of a hot tub, and it was not broken, It did not exist!! That was false advertising and I demand some money back as I expected to use the hot tub every day after skiing.

We loved our stay here

We loved the view of the ski slopes, and the ease of the ski in and out. The kitchen was well stocked for everything we needed to cook with.

Our biggest complaint is the comfort of the beds, none of us slept well.

Excellent location let down by the rental agency and Property Management of Spruce Lodge

Before providing our review of the condo criticism needs to be made of VACASA the company responsible of maintaining and renting the unit on behalf of the owner. Hoping the owner reads these comments and acts upon them. On arrival we were instructed the keys would be found in a lockbox. The lock box was open with no keys. Trying to call VACASA 1-800 number only resolute being on hold awaiting to speck with someone. My call was never answered. A fellow vacationer said he had to collect his keys from an office. We located VACASA office and obtained keys. The local address of VACASA was never provided in any communication. We further discovery the four story condo building had no working elevator. We were told this stopped working ether late Saturday night or Sunday morning before our arrival. Once inside the condo in general the condo is clean but missing a “deep cleaning” under furniture,(dust and cap top) under chair cushions (food particles) and corners and edges of bathrooms (hair),burnt out light bulbs in the bathroom. The kitchen is well stocked with utensils, but missing a kettle to boil water and a teapot. The condo is spacious with a great window to sit watching beginners learning to ski. It truly is ski-in, ski-out. Limited underground parking, which can become full.

The Property Management company need to support the needs of the building. And the management company for the Condo 291 need to review its policies and services provided to renters. Included the address of the local Vacasa office on all retail correspondence.

Amazing views and location

-Location just right on the slope -great mountain views -very clean -kitchen facilities is amazing -huge living room -big kitchen -very safe area and facilities

-the coffee machine doesn’t have a coffee filter so we can’t really make a coffee from that. -the furniture is a bit too ole but still comfy
