About this house rental
Nestled in Lake Anna, this lovely house for $352 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. ***20% off nightly rate for May through August 2024. New bookings only! QUOTE INCLUDES DISCOUNT*** Room to spread out and relax in this waterfront, four bedroom home, including two Primary bedrooms with en-suite. Great open floor plan for entertaining - large bar, pool table, ping pong table, darts, foosball, games and puzzles! Fire pit overlooking the lake! Come create memories that last a lifetime at LKAtion! LKAtion is a 4-bedroom, 4 full bath home that sits in a quiet neighborhood at the end of a quiet cove where you can float in the water and not worry about boats running you over or wakes knocking you off your float. The cove opens up to a main channel on the lake between near Stubbs Bridge. There is a private, covered slip to secure your boat and a cabana with tons of seating to relax on the dock. The home is open concept between the kitchen, dining, and living areas that open up to the spacious deck allowing for groups/families to gather together. There are THREE decks - all have a water view! When space is needed, the home has 3 levels so there is plenty of space to spread out! Each level has a spacious deck, one of which is screened in. Dish TV in four rooms and streaming/wifi! Did I mention a fire pit? Great for roasting marshmallows or simply sit in one of the Adirondack chairs and enjoy the lake view! There are TWO PRIMARY SUITES each with a King bed and en-suite. Another bedroom has a Queen, and the fourth has 2 bunk-beds, both twin over twin. There is a twin bed with trundle in the alcove next to the bathroom and a Queen sleeper sofa in the family room. Sleeps 14 in beds. Dog friendly - up to two dogs. More negotiable. Must be crated when no one is home. Must be on flea/tick preventative and up to date on vaccines. Pet fee and signed addendum to lease required. WARNING - there are lots of stairs! The house has 3 levels and there are a lot of stairs down to the dock.

Everything was perfect for a long weekend getaway over Easter. The house was perfect for our group (5 adults and 3 kids) and is situated on a quiet cove, offering plenty of privacy. Catherine was a great host and communicated easily with us. Will happily be back!

Nice well maintained property. We had a great time with our stay and looking forward to our next trip. Stairs were a little intimidating prior to our visit but turned out not so bad and helped keep our normal fitness routine in check. Would definitely recommend to others.

Perfect Lake Vacation
What a wonderful vacation. The house had absolutely everything for the perfect vacation. Kitchen, well stocked, and many activities for on or off of the water. The dock was perfect for our rental. Best of both worlds , nestled in the woods so plenty of shade to enjoy all 3 decks and perfect location to get out and enjoy kayaking, swimming, boating, and tubing.

Every room is large and well appointed, there are multiple places to hang out and spend time indoors plus a large variety of games/things to do (including tons of toys for smaller kids), and the multiple decks are fantastic. The fully screened one was particularly great at night when more bugs came out, and we spent a lot of time in that hammock. Owner was very responsive and helpful when we had questions, and when there was an issue with the dishwasher she quickly offered compensation to make up for it. Water views everywhere and we were able to drive our rental boat right up to the dock for a day on the lake. Everything we wanted in our Lake Anna rental.

Our family had a wonderful time staying for the week and would go back in a heartbeat. The house was exceptionally clean and spacious. We really enjoyed the games and the well stocked kitchen. The kids had fun jumping off the dock, swimming and fishing. The house is on a cove with no boat traffic and plenty of room to swim. Water was about 6 feet deep off the dock. There are a lot of stairs to the dock, just be mindful if your household has any mobility issues. We managed just fine though and our group ranged in age from 1 to seventy years old.
