Located in Lake Anna, this attractive house for $322 per night is a great option for your next vacation. Brand New! Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. 250 feet of private waterfront property with private beach and amazing boat house with tiki bar and tv and all the lake toys you can imagine. 9 TVs including its own theater room with 85 inch tv. Cable and it’s own router at the dock as well as high speed fiber internet throughout. 1.6 acres of private lot with the best views you could ever imagine! Two outdoor fire pits as well and indoor fireplace. Amazing brand new home with 5 bedrooms, 4 bath and 8 beds plus two pull out couches. Table shuffleboard as well as Golden Tee Arcade! 9 Televisions including 85 inch in the theater room!! Perfect for watching football! 2 kayaks and 2 paddle boards available for guests. Tv and cable run to the dock So you can watch a game as you relax or fish. Private beach and two outdoor fire pits. Huge deck including a screened in room with additional TV. Traeger Grill as well as flat top grill at the dock. This house has everything you could ever imagine. Important: We are committed to protecting our properties and keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations, which is why you will be asked to complete our independent verification. Please note: Before your booking begins, you will need to verify your details with us to complete your booking. You will be contacted by Superhog via email and/or text to complete the verification. You will also be given the choice between buying a $35 non-refundable damage waiver or paying a $500 refundable deposit. We suggest you buy the $35 damage waiver as this protects you in case you cause accidental damage during a booking.

This home was just awesome!! And, Daniel was incredibly helpful and easy to work with. The house was very well stocked, clean, and the ability to use the flat top grill at the dock made evening dinners so relaxing and fun. Plenty of room to relax and separate and the theater room on Sunday Football was 😁😁!! I have 2 suggestions, blinds on the master bathroom windows and possibly changing one of the double bedrooms into another king or queen to accommodate better adult sleeping areas. We will no doubt return to this house and it made our first trip to Lake Anna a success!!

Everything about the house was great except the master bath windows could use blinds/curtains, I’m positive someone got a show. The kitchen was well stocked and there was a good array of spices too. Plenty of linens and towels for both bath and lake. One thing I wish I knew is that the lake temperature was at least 90°, probably more like 95°. The water was not refreshing as it was about 90° outside. I will definitely visit this house again, maybe just April/May or Sept/Oct.

We’ve stayed in a lot of VRBO properties and thus was by far the best place we’ve ever stayed! Fully stocked with supplies, fantastic location, the management was amazing. The patio and fire pit area were fantastic, the dock was perfect with the shaded area and seating, the screened in porch was a delight. We loved everything about this house!
