Location is great! The townhouse is very spacious, perfect for a large family. However, it is in desperate need of a good cleaning from top to bottom.

This property was absolutely wonderful. Steps to beach access with plenty of parking. Our whole party loved the house. It was a nice relaxing way for a birthday weekend getaway with family and friends. And allowing our dogs was a huge plus! We look forward to booking our next stay here.

Very Good Location but property was in need of modernization. Kitchen sink leaks and screens were ripped. Patio door was in need of replacement. Overall cleanliness of property was poor and was required to be cleaned by us upon our arrival. Most surfaces were dirty, and linens and towels required re-washing as they were very musty. Sofas are in need of replacement and needed to be covered. Floors were covered with previous pet hair as well as sand. If it was cleaned it was poorly done. Bob, the VRBO contact, was very helpful and quick to respond to any queries or requests.

The location is nice, 1/2 block from the beach. However, the house feels dirty. Lots of hair balls on the floor and surface was sticky. Sheets are not fresh and towels do not smell fresh. We had to buy sanitizing wipes to clean the surfaces. Some dishes still have food stuck on when we pull them out of the cupboard to use for the first time.

Our property manager, Bob, had excellent communication and follow through throughout our trip. The check-in and out process was very easy (we even got in early!), and the location can’t be beat. Close to beach, pool, attractions and great garage and guest parking.

The property was exactly as advertised. Very clean, linens and basic amenities provided. Great location and very quiet. Easy check in and out. Only suggestion is to update the guest book with information and update the kitchen supplies. There were plenty of coffee makers, a toaster oven and microwave as well as large appliances but it was advertised as supplies for 11 and there were barely enough plates , cups, glasses and silverware for the 8 of us.

The property location was excellent for the proximity to the convention center. The property was stocked with the kitchen utensils we needed. The only issue I had was the floors were not swept and mopped. There was dog hair and smell lingering in property. My husband is allergic, so I had to spray and buy a mop. The cleaning supplies were locked up and we did not have access to them. The tv in the downstairs bedroom did not have cable nor an antenna to at least watch the local channels. I will stay here again I just know what accessories to bring. Please tell people this is a pet friendly unit to give them the option to get a "no pet" unit if they have allergies.

The property is in a great location. All the walls are scuffed up and they need to be painted. The carpet has so many stains on it that we made everybody wear socks the entire time. Even with the heat at 70 the downstairs bedroom remained very cold. The managers of the property were super awesome. Answered all the questions before the trip. I just think the house needs some work to make it more inviting. It’s a bit dirty. Even the throw rugs were very dirty.

Property is in a great location. Parking on the street was easy, at least in September. The garage is really a one car garage, from our experience. The floor plan is very vertical, so it's not for people who have issues with stairs. i was surprised that there wasn't more maintenance to some areas like the garage interior spaces, the stairways and the paint on the walls. The kitchen and baths were clean, the bedding was good. Overall the location is what was the best part.

This is a very nice townhouse located within walking distance of the beach. The two car garage was neat and appreciated. Communication with the host/owner was excellent. Would highly recommend staying there.

We were attending a family wedding and needed a place to stay with our adult children and their spouses and our family dog. This place was perfect for us as it had enough bedrooms and bathrooms as well as a large family room for all of us to gather in. It was conveniently located near the hotel where wedding party was staying. The house was clean and beds very comfortable. Communication with the owner was great. We would rent here again.
