About this house rental
Situated in Eden, this lovely house for $695 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. Spend your vacation in complete comfort at this luxurious 6 bedroom/6 Bathroom home (did we mention that 5 of the bedrooms have their own private ensuite bathroom). This mountain retreat is perched on the hillside in the Wolf Creek Trapper's Ridge community with amazing views of the Wasatch Mountains, Snowbasin Ski Resort and the entire Ogden Valley. After spending your day at Powder Mountain or Snowbasin, skiing the greatest snow on earth, kick back and relax in your own private hot tub, challenge your friends to a game of pool, or enjoy your favorite TV programing in one of two living rooms with the comfortable oversized couches. However you spend your time with your family and friends, you are sure to make great life-long memories. Each level has fully equipped entertainment centers that include a large flat panel TV. The Main level has a large two car garage with a big driveway (winter snow removal included), a full size washer and dryer and a comfortable viewing deck with Weber gas outdoor grill. The Lower Rec room level has a pool table and wet bar with full size refrigerator. From this level you can access the downstairs walkout patio which has an in-ground hot tub overlooking Ogden Valley. From the moment you arrive and unpack your bags you'll feel like your at home in a perfect mountain location! HIGHLIGHTS: * Great snow removal. Trappers Ridge roads get cleared early for early access to the ski resorts and get first tracks. * 210 degrees of unobstructed mountain and valley views. * Wildlife abound. Spot deer, moose and elk right from your window. Weber County Short-Term Rental License # 3456. Maximum Occupancy permitted is 13-- 2 years of age and older. Maximum parking is 6 cars. We had 6 guys on a ski trip out to Powder and Snowbasin and this property was great to come back to. The kitchen and downstairs living room / game area was perfect to hang out, especially the hot tub after a long day of skiing. The place is well stocked and has great views of the valley and would recommend to any groups visiting the area! Keep an eye out for the mule deer as they are pretty friendly too!

This spot was awesome for 2 families to enjoy a ski week with close proximity to Powder Mountain. House was in great shape and well equipped. Spacious for 9 people to spread out. Enjoyed it!

Ten of us stayed at a terrific house in Eden that had terrific bedrooms, bathrooms, 2 living rooms, an amazing kitchen filled with many different kinds of pots, pans, and spices--not to mention groups of deer cavorting outside the window. Of all the places we have rented over the last ten years, this was the most splendid. Bravo!

Ten of us stayed at a terrific house in Eden that had terrific bedrooms, bathrooms, 2 living rooms, an amazing kitchen filled with many different kinds of pots, pans, and spices--not to mention groups of deer cavorting outside the window. This house was just what we needed! A cozy home with able bedrooms and a well equipped kitchen. Perfect for our group of friends looking to spend time together, making meals, playing cards, skiing, and soaking in the hot tub. A+, we’ll be back!

We greatly enjoyed our time at this very large Eden home. We didn’t need the 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms but they were nice to have. Well stocked kitchen. The best thing about this home is the amazing views of the valley and mountains. Great for both sunsets and sunrises!

The house is nice and spacious. Has 3 master rooms and 3 other rooms, 2 with queen size beds and 1 with bunk beds. Perfect for 3 families with young kids.
The Host was excellent and on point. The view of the house was breathtaking and the hot tub in the floor and covered was a hit.

the house was perfectly setup with a great kitchen. kids and adults had their own living room. a south facing deck overlooking the eden valley was something out of a photo. rich answered any questions i had and was a great host. much appreciated. thank you again

We loved our mountain getaway home... So close to Powder Mountain... The house was so well thought out... Kitchen was gourmet and made meals a pleasure.... Our view out the back of the house and from the hot tub was fantastic... Was wonderful to wake up to a herd of 100 Mule Deer running by your backyard....
