Nestled in Eden, this lovely house for $500 per night is a great option for your next break. Unwind at our spacious, luxury chalet minutes from Powder Mountain, Snowbasin, and Nordic Valley resorts. Enjoy Trappers Ridge community and its pool, year-round hot tub, and fitness center - closed during COVID :( Explore Pineview Reservoir, mountains, hiking trails and much more from our prime location! • SEVEN Big Bedrooms (2 Kings, 3 Queens, 8 Twins) • 3 Family Rooms (one for kids, one for teenagers, one for adults) • Backyard w/ instant Gas Fireplace - Marshmallow Roasting Sticks included! • Fully-Equipped Kitchen • 3 Car Garage While decorating the inviting chalet, we worked hard to create a feeling of a 2nd home with a resort-like amenities for our guests. The chalet, which feels like it’s been taken from the most luxurious Swiss Alps resorts, is spread across 3 spacious floors. Each features several bedrooms, a bathroom, living room with lounge areas and many unique rooms, like the entertainment center on the downstairs level. Main Floor is where you start your journey through our mesmerizing chalet: • Master bedroom featuring a King-sized bed and ensuite bathroom with a jetted tub and separate shower • Living room with giant Flat-screen TV (w/ Apple TV) and a gas burning fireplace • 2nd bedroom on main level with a queen bed • Guest bathroom featuring a bathtub with a shower • Laundry room with a washer and dryer The kitchen is where the family gathers. It’s suitable for preparation of any meal, whether it is a breakfast, an afternoon snack or a fancy dinner for the whole group. While applying your MasterChef skills, you will have access to: • Microwave • Stove • Oven • Side by side Refrigerator/Freezer with Ice Maker • Dishwasher • Coffee maker • Crock Pot • Electric Griddle • Food Processor • + Everything else (plates, silverware, glasses etc.) The upstairs floor is a more casual level where you will rest & relax, either in one of our 3 bedrooms or on comfy sofas watching a movie. • Bedroom with a Queen Bed, dresser, and closet with hangars • Second bedroom with 2 Twin Beds, night stand, closet • Bonus room with 3 sets of bunk beds, dresser, and huge bean bag • Bathroom featuring a bathtub with a shower • Living room with a huge Flat-screen TV (with Apple TV) Downstairs floor is all about entertainment. There are so many different options here like foosball, pinball, ping pong, vintage old-school arcade games, or a movie on the big TV (with Apple TV). Play your heart away and let us know who won! House rules are loser takes out the garbage. Also in the basement: • Bedroom with a King-sized bed, dresser, and closet with hangars • Queen-bedroom with dresser and closet • Bathroom featuring a bathtub with a shower Guests coming with their vehicles will be thrilled to know that the chalet features a spacious, 3-car private garage with some unique additional amenities: • Boot and glove dryers • Clothes rack with heaters • Ski and Snowboard rack • 240V 50 AMP outlet for Tesla charging NEMA 14-50 • Bike rack • Sink in garage Look no further! This is the place! The chalet is exclusively yours, so relax, unwind, and make yourself at home. Other things to note: Please note that due to the HOA rules, only 8 people from each home can access the pool and the hot tub at a time. Due to owners having severe allergies we are unable to accommodate any animals including service and support animals. They are cute, but pose a serious health risk to us. On-street parking is not allowed, but a few shared overflow spots are located right next to the house for what may not fit in the garages/driveway. Guest access The entire house is yours to use. We have two storage rooms that are locked where we keep supplies.

We had a terrific time in this large,
family friendly home in beautiful Eden, Utah! The house is thoughtfully stocked with amenities and supplies - a Pack and Play for our youngest member and ping pong table, pin ball machine and Foose Ball for the 40 somethings!! We spent lots of time around the large dining table and on the great outdoor patio. The kids enjoyed swimming in the neighborhood pool.
The host, Ramona, was responsive and helpful.
There was some age on appliances and pots and pans that need to be replaced. Overall, a great spot that we would come to again.

Beautiful House. Fit our needs perfectly. Loved the neighborhood and access to the community pool. House was immaculate. Neighborhood was so nice for walking and the views from the neighborhood were amazing. Just had minor glitch when we got there because the host had entered in a different lock code than we were given. Called her & she answered right away & gave us the code. Host always answered calls and texts promptly. So pleased we had enough parking & access to the garage. House was about 25 min from Pineview Reservoir, which we enjoyed. Really loved that the house rules were easy to follow and not excessive and that check out was simple & we hardly had to do anything. The game room was the best! Loved the full size arcade games & ping pong and foosball tables. Each level had its own TV so everyone was happy. Patio and fire pit were nice too for relaxing.

The house was beautiful, very comfortable and fit our extended family perfectly. We have rented various houses in Ogden Valley and this was one of the best we’ve staye at.

This was a great home for a long weekend with extended family. Plenty of room for everyone and great proximity to Powder Mountain. Game area was great for the kiddos and the owner was very helpful with any questions we had, would definitely recommend.

We had a big group stay for four nights and thoroughly enjoyed the property. Kids and adults had fun playing video games, pinball, ping pong, and foosball at the house. We also enjoyed the amenities of the clubhouse (jacuzzi and workout room). There was plenty of space for all in the house. Neighborhood was quiet and well plowed (given the amount of snow). It was fun to have restaurants, gas station, and grocery store fairly close. Kids are ready to come back in the future.

Spacious house with all the accommodations necessary for a fabulous ski vacation. Extra kudos to the property manager Ramona who was easily accessible and had all the answers! We have been getting together from all areas of the United States and Canada skiing yearly for 33 years now (missing only 2021 b/c covid) and this has ranked as one of the best accommodations that we have stayed at in terms of price, location, spaciousness and beauty. Would also shout out to the amazing and caring neighbors in this location. When Lyft decided not to honor their commitment and Uber could not accommodate, one of the gracious neighbors transported one of our group to the airport. Without hesitation, would recommend this house for your next stay.

Nice house well kept lots of space for everyone. Only small complaint is that the bed coverings were light. Very large house so a little difficult to heat meaning a proper comforter would be a good bonus. Other than that highly recommend, it it worked great for our group, six of us in our 50s on a ski trip.

Amazing place to have our family get together at Christmas. Snow and Christmas decorations made it a special time. We had fun cooking our favorites and making meals together in the well set up kitchen which was part of the 'living/dining room' that enhanced our family time together. We enjoyed the memories of times together. Fun place.

Getting our family together and spending several nights in a vacation home has been one of our traditions for years. It is our Favorite holiday and we look forward to staying in our Thanksgiving house each year. This home worked perfectly for us. It was large enough and had fun video machines downstairs. It was very clean. There were all kinds of spices and other things available for us as we fixed our Thanksgiving dinner. We draw names to see who gets what bedroom lol. Yay! We got the master bedroom and the bed was soooo comfortable Thank you so much Ramona. We had a wonderful time.

Huge and nice!
Far more space than we needed but super nice and perfect for multiple families or large groups. Kitchen has everything needed for big meals. Lots of bedrooms, beds bathrooms, etc. Also, 3 large living rooms with TVs and AppleTVs to spread groups out. We used but a fraction of it!

Thanksgiving
We utilized this property for an extended family reunion over the Thanksgiving holiday. The location is fabulous. Lots of extra touches with drawers being labeled. It might be good to have some extra blankets as some areas of the home are colder than others. Plenty of room to spread out. Easy for our elderly family members to navigate on the main floor. The outdoor firepit was nice too. The host was easy to contact. We would definitely stay at this property again.

Loved this location for our family retreat.
There were 18 of us and it was nice to have a "great room" on each floor. It gave us the room to gather on each level. It was nice to have 7 bedrooms and we used them all. The master suite is BEAUTIFUL! I think the only logistical "problem" was only 1 (small) bathroom for 10 people upstairs. Yes, there are two baths on the main floor, but it was a bit inconvenient when preparing for bed or first thing in the morning. The neighborhood was really quiet and it was fun for all involved. I would definitely recommend to anyone!

Beautiful Fall Break
The home was just perfect for our family and the host was very responsive to any questions or requests! There were lots of options for activities including pickleball, golf, hot tubbing, hiking, biking and enjoying the scenery. The kitchen was well equipped with all crock pots, pans, instapot, sharp knives, spices etc. Thanks for the great stay!

I can’t think of one negative thing to say about this house it was a perfectly relaxing stay!!***Also as an above reviewer noted there is a camera in the common area of the house but it is only for security when no one is there. In the information binder it says to unplug that camera during our stay, which we did. I definitely recommend reading through the binder as it provides a lot of info about the amenities available.

Great Family Vacation!
We had so much fun getting together for a few days at this home! Cousins loved having their own space upstairs. We had plenty of room to gather for meals. The house and furnishings were absolutely beautiful! The location is stunning! It was a very relaxing family reunion.

Don't stay here with a lot of people. Neighbors and Owner do NOT approve. They will call Cops.
We had several issues staying at this house.
1) There are cameras inside this house watching you. This should be listed on the VRBO site. I understand the outside cameras for security but NOT inside the house as that is illegal.
2) If you park on the street the neighbors will personally harass you and then call the cops on you. We had our group of employees over for dinner. The cops were called because we had vehicles parked on the street. When the cops arrived and found us having dinner they admitted we were doing nothing wrong as long as the vehicles did not stay on the street overnight.
3) The owner began harassing us telling us we were noisy, which the cops said they could not hear us while they were outside. All of us were inside.
4) Then the owner told us we were not supposed to leave the house or be outside after 10 pm. The owner has no right to tell us we cannot leave his house after 10 pm.
5) Then the owner told us we could not have more than 8 people there unless he personally approves visitors and the exact times they can be there. The house sleeps 18. Every VRBO I have stayed at has never told me I cannot have people at my house for dinner. I know I cannot have more people sleep there than 18. But to tell me I could only have 8 people there is ridiculous.
I will never stay here again. Unfortunately, the house is big and nice and will sleep 18 but I wouldn't suggest having 18 people there unless you like to be harassed.

SPECTACULAR
Grand imperial ski chalet is perfect. Short drive to Nordic valley ( beginners hill) great for kids and learning. , and a short drive to the largest ski resort in the US powder mountain. This house is perfectly set up for a great family adventure. Clean , easy to follow instructions. Solid .
