About this house rental
Located in Eden, this lovely house for $402 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. Escape to a luxury mountain modern home with unbelievable views. Home includes two king master suites - making it perfect for multiple families to spread out and enjoy the space. Fully equipped to make your stay comfortable and just like being at home. In addition to the 2 king suites and a third queen bedroom, the main living level includes a full sized guest bathroom, an open kitchen/dining/living area with spacious cabinets and a beautiful fire place that opens up to a large deck with a new gas grill and 180 degree views. Large dining room table, updated furnishings, two-car garage, great for entertaining. Washer and dryer on first floor! The lower level includes two additional bedrooms offering one king, and one queen. Two full bathrooms. A great room with fireplace and TV opening up to a walk-out patio and a game room (ping pong table, foosball and darts). Main level - 2 king master bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and 1 queen bedroom, 1 guest bathroom Lover level - 1 king bedroom and 1 queen bedroom with jack and jill style bathroom, and an additional bathroom downstairs We know you'll enjoy your time in our home and look forward to having you as our guest! Trapper's Ridge is a planned community of single-family homes just 15 minutes from Powder Mountain Resort. Snowbasin and Nordic Valley Ski Resorts are within a 25-minute drive. Pineview Reservoir, about a 15-minute drive, offers a sandy shore and a great place to enjoy lake activities. The community features a pool & a year-round hot tub overlooking Pineview Lake and a clubhouse with a fitness center and foosball table (the community pool is generally open Memorial Day to Labor Day). Pool hours are from 8am to 9 pm with 8am to 11am reserved for adults use only. HOA rules only allow 8 guests to use the facilities (including the pool) at a time. However, there is a large grassy area next to the pool available if your party has more than 8 people. There is a tennis court/pickleball and basketball practice area. The neighborhood trail connects to Wolf Creek’s network, offering about a 4-mile loop. Complimentary Wi-Fi is also available at the Clubhouse. The garage fits 2 cars with an additional 3 in the driveway. Additional parking spaces are located nearby. Per HOA rules, absolutely no parking on the street is allowed at any time (RVs and boats must be parked in the garage, not in the driveway). Please review additional HOA rules at trappersridgehoa.com; all guests are required to abide by the HOA rules during their stay. PLEASE NOTE: 1) The posted rates are for LODGING ONLY for the number of guests indicated on your inquiry with a maximum number of 14 occupants/guests at any time. No weddings, parties, or similar gatherings are allowed to be held in our home or on the premises. 2) We are part of a wonderful community that includes good neighbors and full-time residents. Our community is governed by an HOA, and all HOA rules are provided via the link above and are posted in our home. All guests are required to abide by these rules throughout their entire stay. These rules include customary "quiet hours" from 10:00PM to 8:00AM, and all guests must follow these rules. This is a great property to stay at for Powder Mountain and Snowbasin Ski Trip! We had a great time, the place was very comfortable, clean, welcoming, and convenient to anything we needed. Great location to Powder Mountain. The house has tons of room with high ceilings and the most comfortable beds. Fun games downstairs with ping pong, foosball and darts. The photos don't give justice to the view, its spectacular with a nice table (with heater in it) and chairs on the balcony. Spotless and well equipped. Steve was awesome to work with and checked on us via text. We will be back next year!

5 College buddies over 70 had a great time. Kitchen was well furnished with spices and other basics that are difficult to plan for. could not find the community center for hot tub, but that was not an issue. Really enjoyed our stay and would stay there again.

This was one of 4 properties rented for a large family reunion. We felt like we had the best home of all! The beds and living arrangements were all comfortable and in good repair. There is a nice gathering place where adults could relax and a downstairs area with tons of activities for the younger ones. Lots of games!
The kitchen was awesome, with lots of spices and nice pots, pans and dinnerware. It’s not huge, but plenty of room for meal prep.
The views were beautiful and the deck was a good hang out space.
There were many thoughtful touches that made our gathering so much better.

Our family's expectations of Eden Mountain Getaway were pretty high based on the photos and reviews on VRBO, but the real thing far exceeded our expectations. The house is immaculate, the views were endless and the property owners clearly care about making their guests as comfy as possible and were very welcoming and helpful. The neighborhood pool was wonderful and a nice bonus on top of all the other activities the house and the area have to offer. The location was perfect - remote enough, with super easy access to Ogden. We are already planning a trip back!

Perfect Eden Location
The views from this house are likely the best in the neighborhood. We considered renting other houses in Trappers Ridgr but this one just has the best set up. The furnishings are really nice but also comfortable. The layout is great for groups, we all had our own space and the kids loved the downstairs. The corner lot makes the views virtually unobstructed and allows for the kids to scooter and ride bikes with plenty of visabiltiy from the driveway. We would rent this house every year!

Our family enjoyed a ski vacation for spring break. The cabin is gorgeous, beautifully furnished, with everything you could want or need for a luxurious stay. Powder Mountain is a short 15-minute drive away. Steve and Allyson were very accommodating! We will definitely be back! Thank you!

Beautiful Eden home close to skiing
Absolutely fantastic vacation rental in Eden close to 3 resorts for skiing. Home is beautiful with expansive views of the valley and surrounding mountains. Located in a newer development of high end homes and less than 30 minutes to Snow Basin. Only 15 minutes away from Powder Mountain and just 5-10 minutes from the local ski hill, Nordic Valley. Professional owners who have taken great care to provide a top notch vacation experience. Home is well stocked and with 6 bedrooms (3 upstairs and 3 down) can a accommodate a wide range of groups. This is an exceptional rental so please enjoy it with care.

Lovely house with big bedrooms and bathrooms. It was nice to have 2 TV rooms so the older group could visit in one room while the younger group watched movies downstairs. Steve was wonderful to work with and was very prompt to reply. We look forward to renting the house again next year.
