The space: Cottage features a bedroom/sitting room, kitchen/dining area and bathroom with shower. High-speed internet, 42" flat screenTV with fios cable. Kitchen equipped with two-burner cooktop, mini-fridge, and microwave. Stacked washer and dryer for your convenience. Attached deck with wrought iron patio table and umbrella. NOTE: The house is located next to Route 50. There is a sound wall but you will hear moderate road noise inside and more outside. Cottage is equipped with a soothing spa sound machine and free earplugs for nighttime silence. Guest access: Entire cottage and yard. There is a fire pit in the backyard and firewood available on site. Other things to note: There is a Calico kittie you may see out and about. She's quiet, shy and won't bother you but, if you can get close to her, likes to be petted. She does not enter the Guest House.
