Beach, Please! Here, you only have to ask once to have your beachy dreams fulfilled. Relax and watch the magnificent Pacific Ocean from the comfort of this wonderful two bedroom, two bath oceanfront home. Large west-facing windows and a covered outdoor patio with panoramic views guarantee you'll get lots of uplifting ocean light as the sounds of the surf break on the shoreline. This oceanfront home comes with every comfort you could possibly need for your beach getaway.
This home sleeps 4 with one bedroom upstairs and one downstairs, both with king beds that can be split into two twins, plus a sleeper sofa. Each floor has its own full bath for extra privacy. The downstairs bedroom has a sliding glass door directly out to the covered patio where you can watch the sun set. Enjoy the open concept upstairs living/dining/kitchen as friends and family gather to watch a movie, cook your favorite seafood, and relax after a long day of enjoying the outdoors. Sit back and unwind as you immerse yourself in the hot tub and gaze at the stars.
When the surf and sand beckon, you have easy access to the beach just to the south of the house at the State Park. From there you can walk for miles and miles in either direction, fly a kite, hunt for seaside treasures, or just relax under the sun or stars. You'll love this home, the beautiful beach it sits on, and its convenient location between Waldport and Yachats. Beach, Please! is a perfect place for a romantic vacation by the sea.
Sleeps 4: 2 Kings (can be split into two twins with 72 hours prior notice), 1 Sleeper Sofa; 2 Baths.
Vehicles: Licensed for 2 (Strictly enforced- 1 space next to house, 1 space parallel to the house/highway)
Winter: 2 night minimum Standard & Holidays: 3-4 night minimum.
Age Requirement: The primary registered guest must be at least 26 years of age. The majority of guests must be over 25, or children under adult supervision.

This home does not allow cat guests or other non-human, non-canine visitors. Dogs are welcome at this home but must be registered in advance and paid prior to arrival. This home has a 2-dog maximum occupancy! Pet Guests: One time $35+tax fee per dog. Pet fees are not included in the original reservation.

Property is exactly was expected but the view was beyond our expectations. It is literally steps away from the beach. We had a lovely time and hope to visit again!

The place was nicely appointed and worked well with our dog. Good lighting (natural and electric), nice comfy beds, showers with doors instead of nasty curtains, hot tub was hot, kitchen was practical and stuff worked. Beach access was lovely. What the listing did not tell me was the location was about 40' off HWY 101. The upstairs bdrm was loud (ear plugs a must) and background music was necessary always to help you focus only on the beautiful beach and not the traffic noise.

The home was pet friendly. The hot tub water was cool to the touch and never actually got in. The only issue we had was ants all over the upstairs and downstairs in the downstairs sink would not drain

When we arrived check in was easy, and the home was clean and comfortable. It met our needs and helped make for a memorable vacation. Only wished the access to the beach which was right out back door was easier to navigate. The big boulders were a little troublesome, too bad there wasn’t a way to bridge them. All in all Beach Please was very accommodating.
