This ground-floor condo close to the ski hills is exactly what you need to experience a true stress-free getaway! Admire golf-course views from your patio off the living room. Back inside, you'll come across a contemporary decor throughout the entire open floor plan. Snuggle up by the gas fireplace with a cup of coffee in hand and watch a fun sitcom on the TV. A shared outdoor swimming pool is available seasonally. With this getaway, you'll be quite close to ski hills and Blue Mountain Village, a great place for shopping, trying new cuisines, and outdoor activities. This location offers year-round activities, especially for outdoor enthusiasts. During the summer, you can hike and bike through the many scenic trails or explore the many lakes while boating or fishing. However, winter also offers a plethora of activities that include snowboarding, cross-country skiing, and snowshoeing. Plus, there are a few tennis clubs and golf courses nearby. THINGS TO KNOW The shared pool is typically open from just after Victoria Day Weekend in May through Labour Day Weekend in September. Dates are subject to change. If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting "Yes" to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The nightly fee ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. This rental is located on floor 1. Ski shuttle details: Resort shuttle nearby - may be limited or not running due to Covid - recommend calling ahead 705-443-5519 Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors! Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

Good location, walking distance to the village, we didn’t have dogs but it is pet friendly, still quite abit of dog hair everywhere, has everything you need and nice view out the sliding door! One floor and two bathrooms which is very nice! Would book again

Overall stay was good. Very roomy and had all the amenities we needed. Great location to the pool and the village. Only hiccup was when booking our stay we were told on the phone we could have an early check in, however, on the date of arrival they told us we couldn’t and the customer service via text was not helpful and I felt the messages came across a bit abrupt. One of the messages stated that “it was well stipulated in the check in and check out” which it did not mention during booking nor did it mention it in the information that was sent via email, this was a bit discouraging given we have an 8 month old. If this wasn’t an option from the get go we would have understood but it would have been nice to know in advance so that we could have potentially booked a different unit.

This amazing two bedroom suit was just so cuddling and cozy. When we walked in I felt like I am home. Everything is so in place and being thoughtful. You don't need to think about dinner wear, or pots. Wanna a glass of wine, here you go there a whole stash of different kind of glasses. Just fill one and sit next to the fire place. Wet towels after the best time in the hot tab or swimming pool? There is the washing mashing and dryer. Extra towels, paper towels, toilet paper, even dishwasher tablets. The only thing you may bring with you is laundry soap if you stay longer than 2 days. BBQ is in good working condition. We used it only once, but it was a good and pleasant experience. We had to cleaned the rack, but I guess it is everywhere you go. It didn't bug us at all. We had a walk out backyard which was facing golf yard and a lake. We had a spectacular view watching people going with golf carts back and forth and striking the balls. The place is very clean and well maintained. The towels and bedding is white crisp. There many extra towels which we even dint have a chance to use.
The location is so amazing. It us really just a few steps away from the village where all the fun is going on. We love a peace and quiet for nights and it worked out just perfect. We had a whole day if fun in the village on all the attractions and quiet nights at "home".
If you are run out of food, there are whole bunch of grocery stores 10 mins away.
I would say, we will go back! We loved it to the pieces!

Spacious, comfortable condo in an excellent location, close to everything Blue Mountain has to offer. Beds were comfortable, nice backyard patio overlooking the golf course, and the kitchen had everything we needed.
The only issues were that the living room TV didn't work and noisy upstairs neighbors on the last night of our stay.

It is about a 10 minute walk to the village which was very handy to enjoy all what Blue Mountain has to offer. The complimentary parking was great to have. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

The condo and location was great. Full kitchen and washer/dryer, which was nice. If people are in the condo above, you can hear every footstep that they take which is annoying. Some nights they were up late and walking around = hard to sleep. Nonetheless, we loved the location and condo.

We loved the dog friendly condo right on the main level with easy access to outside with the dog. The condo was clean and ample room for us for a weekend getaway at Blue Mountain!
