One with a large, sunny open space with a sofa, Smart TV, and a desk. The other is also luminous and features a futon sofa bed and Smart TV plus a daybed with trundle under the window. Both make for spectacular spaces to relax and enjoy time together when not out sightseeing. You can connect to your Netflix, Web channels or other streaming TV service on the Smart TVs to enjoy entertainment when relaxing at home. → 2 fully-equipped KITCHENS! Both have everything you'd need (in fact TWO of everything) to prepare meals at home from high-end large and small appliances, coffee makers, hot water kettles, toasters, microwaves, cookware and dishes → 2.5 BATHROOMS: one is a full bath, a half bath, and one with shower and sink (no toilet). The neighborhood is teeming with theatres, restaurants, bars, and shops. The action is concentrated around Saint-Denis Street and Saint-Laurent Boulevard, as well as nearby thoroughfares such as Rachel, Mont-Royal, Duluth and Prince-Arthur. Walking distance to: - Mont-Royal Avenue & Saint-Denis Street are both lined with eateries, outdoor cafes, lively bars, theaters & shopping - 2 parks nearby Mount Royal and La Fontaine with beautiful views surrounded by nature - Close to Old Montreal to soak in some culture - Steps to public transportation for easy mobility around the city For culinary adventures, this may be the best area in all of Montreal! A few nearby gems: - Diablo’s BBQ Cantina (just downstairs) - Maestro SVP - Casa Minhota Getting Around: The apartment building is about 30 minutes from the Montréal-Pierre Elliott Trudeau International Airport by car or taxi. We’re also happy to arrange private transportation for you. Once you’re here, you can walk or rent a Bixi bike to explore the area. In fact, you can easily walk to many top Montreal attractions in under 30 min! If you want to go a bit further, taxis and public transit are convenient and affordable. The nearest metro station is just 700 meters away (Blue line) PARKING: If you’re coming by car, please note that there is no parking at the building. PLEASE READ THE SIGNS FOR STREET PARKING RESTRICTIONS we are not responsible for fines or parking tickets. Other Things to Note: The apartments are on the 3rd floor, and like most buildings in the Plateau area, there are stairs. You’ll need to climb 2 interior flights. The owner is certified by the Corporation de l'Industrie Touristique du Québec, and GST and QST are included in the price. Invoices for tax deductions are available. There are independent ACs throughout the apartments, but 2 bedrooms do not have their own units. The AC in the living space does a great job of cooling these bedrooms. We recommend closing the curtains to help keep the rooms cool if you’ll be spending the day out. Please note this apartment is located in a busy nightlife area, close to bars and clubs. You can expect noise throughout the day and night. 3 of the bedrooms face onto St. Laurent Street - there can be some noise at night because this is a very popular area. Usually, the white noise from the ACs or fans helps a lot. Plus, you won’t have far to go to experience Montreal’s famous nightlife! The televisions are Smart TVs without cable TV service. You can connect to the Internet however and watch Netflix (using your account) or Web TV channels like G**gle or YouTube. We provide a few essentials to make you feel more at home when you arrive: drinking water, soap, shampoo, and toilet paper. Just note that these items are not refilled during your stay. Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation. A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met. Please take note that candles, incense or any other burnable object with flames inside the property are not allowed. You can enjoy playing music at the apartment, however please be considerate to other neighbours and follow the house rules. House Rules: - Travelers must be at least 21 years old to book. - No smoking of any kind (tobacco or cannabis) is allowed in the apartment. The use of any recreational drugs on the premises is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty. - No parties/events or illegal activity is permitted, and excessive noise will not be tolerated. Please, no music after 11 pm. You may enjoy music at a moderate volume until 11 pm; we just ask that you please be respectful of the neighbors. The area has great restaurants and clubs where you can continue past 11 pm. - To help ensure a good relationship with our community and monitor the renter's compliance with the house rules, the home is equipped with: —>NoiseAware, a noise sensor device that measures the decibel levels (it does not record any sounds) —>PartySquasher, a signal detection sensor counting the number of devices in the home at any given time (it does not access any personal information). - Please, do not tamper with or disconnect the devices. - Please note that in the event of excessive noise, the power to the unit will be shut off. - No more guests than those listed on your reservation are allowed. No tent or other structures may be set up on the grounds of the property. - Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or necessary extra-cleaning charges if needed after their stay. - Renters may be required to provide a government ID upon booking, on check-in day, or during their stay for identity verification. - Pets are not allowed. - Please avoid hanging towels or clothes on the balcony/terrace railings. - No shoes can be worn inside the house to protect the hardwood floors. - Guests are responsible for any fines, penalties, or consequences that result from the guest's actions or violations of the house rules. - If you're booking from a channel where we handle payments, you'll be charged a security deposit of $200 CAD which will be refunded after your check-out accordingly (service fees may apply). Please be careful, especially if you are traveling with little ones. 2- Opening the windows is prohibited. They do not comply with safety regulations and can be risky for small children. However, the apartment is equipped with an air exchange system & AC, so there is no need to open the windows. 3- The balcony of units #3 and #4 have access to a ladder that can be used in case of an emergency. Please note that there is no safety barrier and can be risky for small children. 4- Do not disconnect the smoke detectors; otherwise, a fine will be charged. Interaction with Guests: Self check-in available: you’ll use the lockbox for access to the building, and a code to open the interior doors. It had a lot of space, nice for our family. Some issues with doors not closing on two of the bedrooms, but we were able to make do.

The location of this property is great. You are in the middle of everything and can walk to many places. Communication with the property manager was very easy. Having two of everything was a plus for my family and friends. I would definitely stay here again.

The location for this spot is unmatched. Went with a few friends and we ate well and thoroughly enjoyed Montreal. The place was clean and easy to access. Highly recommend.

Visited Montreal for a friend's bday. There were 9 of us total and the apartments were exactly as listed. Very clean. Comfortable beds. You are on a street that has a lot of nightlife. We enjoyed it, but you may encounter some noise at night. Very happy we stayed there. Two things that could be improved: 1. There were no hand towels for bathroom or kitchen 2. There needed to be a few more linens and pillow cases. Apart from that, a great find!!

We had 5 kids, 6 adults and an infant total and these two apartments had plenty of space. The location was great for sightseeing all over Montreal. The location would be perfect for people interested in clubbing as the street was packed till 4am! If you are a family like us, you may consider bringing some ear plugs. Overall, the apartments had everything we needed. Consider bringing a few amenities that where not included: such as dish towel, paper towels, toilet paper, spatula, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent. There are pharmacies and dollar store a few blocks away to purchase what you need. Restaurants, coffee, ice cream all around apartment was amazing. Owner was very accommodating when we needed help with WiFi, door codes and other questions. Would recommend staying here!
