Situated in Ocean City, this attractive condo for $528 per night is a great choice for your next trip. Special Note: All Summer bookings (Memorial Day to Labor Day) must be Saturday-to-Saturday. Please see the bottom of this description for additional important rental notes you should read before booking. ---- Our spacious 3 bedroom 2 bath Condo is located in Ocean City, Maryland on 112th Street in the Rainbow high-rise and is convenient to everything O.C. has to offer! Wake up to the sunrise and hear the waves break from your bed in this 10th floor condo. Unlike many other condos with pools, decks, or parking between your balcony and the beach, our unit is the closest in the building to the ocean, so there is nothing between you and the waves other than beaches and dunes. The pictures of the beach included in our preview pictures showcase the view you'll enjoy directly from our balcony. Key Features of Our Condo: - Extremely large, private, quiet 26 ft balcony overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. - Seasonal outdoor pool in building with large spacious sun deck for lounging. - Beautiful beach directly in front of the building with shower to clean off coming in. - Rare bedroom setup: 2 King Bedrooms & Third Bedroom w/ 4 Bunks plus sleep-sofa in living room. - Generously-sized unit at over 1500 sq ft allowing for everyone to have space to relax and unwind. - Master bathroom en-suite w/ fully remodeled bath and luxury shower. - Hall bathroom with shower-tub combo. - Fully stocked kitchen w/ all you need to cook: cookware, utensils, Keurig and drip coffee makers, small appliances, Instant pot, and so much more. - Full size laundry in-unit to make your stay super easy. - Free Internet (WiFi) throughout the unit. - High Definition cable TV in the living room and all bedrooms. - 65" 4k UHD Smart TV in living room. - Blu-Ray/DVD player in living room and ability to connect to streaming services on all TVs. - Books and board games stocked in unit for rainy days. - Two reserved parking spaces (one under the building). What makes The Rainbow unique is its closeness to everything that O.C. has to offer while being situated on a family friendly beach near 112th street combined with the building outdoor pool and large sundeck for relaxing. Evenings are calm and quiet at The Rainbow. It's easy to get lost in the sound of the waves, and you won't be bothered by road noise, loud bars, or rambunctious partying on our private balcony. We take a lot of pride in helping our guests have a great time. After you book, we'll provide you with both of our mobile phone numbers and email addresses so that you can contact us any time during your stay to ask questions or solve any problems you have. **PLEASE READ THESE IMPORTANT NOTES BEFORE BOOKING** (1) WHAT'S NOT INCLUDED: Everything is provided for your stay EXCEPT for bed linens (sheets/pillow cases), bath/shower/beach towels, and personal toiletries. We do, however, provide comforters and blankets for all beds. Guests must bring linens for beds they plan to use. If you cannot bring your own, there are several local rental companies (e.g., EZ Beach Rentals). Please let us know and we can coordinate access to the condo. (2) AGE REQUIREMENTS: We do not rent to "Senior Week" Groups or other High School/College Groups. Minimum rental age is 25. We cannot make exceptions to this policy. The primary renter must be staying at the unit during the entire rental period. (3) LOUD NOISE / PARTY RESTRICTIONS: This rental is NOT suitable for loud parties, such as bachelor and bachelorette parties, or other loud events. The building is a family-friendly building and the expectation is that groups will be reasonably quiet when it is dark outside. Small groups of people are fine to book here as long as all members of the party understand that loud partying / noise that disturbs other units will not be tolerated and may result in eviction with no refund of security deposit or unused rent. (4) PARKING: Our unit has two reserved parking spots (one under the building). Between Memorial Day weekend and Sep 30, there is a $30/vehicle CASH registration fee paid to the building upon arrival. Additional parking may be available, which you may inquire about when you arrive. (5) RENTAL LENGTH: During the on-season (Memorial Day to Labor Day each Summer) we rent Saturday-to-Saturday. For the rest of the year the minimum rental period is 2 nights. FYI - we block the next Summer (June, July & August) availability to allow current renters the option to book the same weeks the following year. If we find out sooner that the current year guest does not want the same week the following year we will open it as available early. Please let us know if you want to be notified when a week opens up.

My family and I enjoyed a great stay here over Thanksgiving weekend. The condo was beautifully decorated, had a great view, and was very well laid out. When you walk in there is a closet with laundry, then there is a sort of hallway with the kids room (which had two very sturdy bunk beds, one twin over twin and one twin over full), then one of the king rooms with an attached bathroom. Then the kitchen is on the right - it was very well stocked and felt like home. Then the hallway opened up into a living room with a nice, big, comfy couch and tv and the master bedroom and attached bath off that. There was an Alexa in every room, which was a nice touch. It really felt like staying at a friends or family house - I would highly recommend it and will likely stay here again. The only thing I will say is that it is quite high, a bit higher than it looks like in the pictures, so if heights freak you out that might be an issue for you, but I thought it was nice and you can see for miles and miles down the beach. And the owners were so nice and check-in and everything was easy.

Took a long weekend to get away and this property was perfect. Great location and you just cant beat that view. Being off season, it was great to sit on the balcony wrapped up in a sweatshirt listening to the waves crash. Everything was perfect! Such a beautiful home. You can tell the owners truly take pride in their property and have provided a great place with all the amenities you could ever need. Looking forward to booking again.

The unit is great! Clean and beautifully decorated. Really nice deck furniture with a wonderful beachfront view. Kitchen well stocked with dish ware, pots pans, siverware. Very convenient to pharmacy, grocery store, Dunkin and DQ. Pool is very nice.

Look no further! This is the place! We loved everything last thing about this condo. The location is great, the view is phenomenal! The condo is very clean and well kept. Perfect for 2 couples as it has 2 king bed rooms which is VERY rare and almost impossible to find! It also has a 3rd bedroom for children with 2 bunk beds, one being a full on the bottom. Couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. Hosts are very responsive and even checked in with us via text to see if we needed anything.

This property was perfect for our family. It had everything we needed and more. It was convenient to be right on the beach. The balcony was nice to sit out on and watch dolphins. The owner’s beach locker with beach chairs was great to use. The condo was clean, spacious, had all the amenities and in a great location near restaurants, mini golf, shops, and a grocery store. The entire family slept great in all the beds. The bathrooms were spacious and beautifully decorated.
The owners were super responsive to any questions we had.
My family would definitely stay here again! We had a great time at Hemingway’s Hideaway.

This ad doesn’t say nearly enough on how beautiful this condo is! There is absolutely everything necessary for a stress free stay at the beach. The location is perfect. Not terribly crowded. Plenty of parking and a view that is spectacular! Communication is exceptional with this unit and the owners. The unit was exceptionally clean and smelled great. All furniture is of great quality and comfortable. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and will absolutely return. Highly recommend for a great spot to relax with family or friends!!! Thank you all so much for letting us stay in your beautiful condo!

My partner and I enjoyed our stay so very much! Very accurate description of the accommodation. Very clean. Very well appointed. The beds were extremely comfortable, firm mattress which we both prefer. We were supposed to have more in our party but their plans changed. The new sofa was extremely pleasant and new to the unit in 2023. Bathrooms are lovely. I was delighted that the second kind sized bedroom has direct access to the second bathroom. This would have been very convenient for my mother (who was supposed to be with us but plans changed). The hallway door could be locked and access to the bathroom via a pocket door from that bedroom for the option of have an en suite if the bunk room isn’t in use! We will definitely be back to Hemingway’s Hideout!

Hemingways Hideout was everything it was touted to be…from 2 spacious king beds, large bedrooms, a roomy bunk room , and well appointed attractive living room, laundry, and kitchen. The Hagans thought of everything one would need for a relaxing holiday. They communicated directly with us, which we greatly appreciated! They were readily available to answer our questions!

We so enjoyed our time at this property. They thought of everything! Easy access to the beach, the pool was wonderful with a view of the ocean, and the condo was just perfect. Bunk beds for the kiddos were a hit and the book selection even had my reluctant reader reading on vacation! We had a wonderful time.

Wonderful stay!
This was our family's second stay at Hemingway's Hideout. It's a very clean and well-stocked condo with a great view in an excellent uptown location. Door code for easy check-in and reserved parking. Parking is on the tighter side for larger vehicles, but it was manageable for our crew cab F-150 (unlike some condo buildings with parking garages that are impossible). We would stay here again!

Family & Friends Vacation
We had a great vacation! We had a group of 2 adults and 4 kids. The view from the balcony was amazing. We loved sitting out there every morning drinking our coffee and watching the ocean. The sunsets on the street side of the building were absolutely beautiful. The condo had everything we needed. The owners were extremely responsive, easy to get in touch with and accommodating. Definitely recommend for a great vacation.

This property is fabulous. Great accommodation and very easy access to the beach. It’s far enough away to be quiet but close enough to be within walking distance of restaurant and shopping. We will certainly be back. Nathan was amazing as a host. He was sure to check in on us from ther time we were checking in until we left. He was great!
