A shelf for luggage - baggage in the room would be perfect.

Very convenient location next to public transport. Also shops nearby to obtain food. Quiet location and a good value hotel.
The room was hot with no air-conditioning and the fan provided was very noisy. The windows could be opened which helped. Also had to request bowls which I felt should also be a basic along with the other crockery and the microwave was positioned too high for safety when dealing with hot food.

The hotel appears to be new. It is minimalistic in its design and is a short walk from Moosach station. If you take the subway under the station you come to a variety of restaurants and shops. The breakfast was good with gluten free options. Fairly quiet residential area although there is a factory/industrial building on one side so if you have a room on that side it could be noisier early in the morning. Ask for a room facing the apartments.
The receptionist we had to deal with when we arrived in the evening was the most nonchalant hotel employee I have ever come across. He clearly didn’t give a toss about customer service and, as customers, we felt like we were simply an irritant taking him away from his mobile phone. A note to the hotel - avoid employing people who clearly don’t care about your brand. They destroy your business reputation. Conversely the female receptionist in the morning was welcoming and helpful.
There is no air conditioning at this property. I admit to missing this when booking but it was a surprise to see a new hotel without it, especially given the hotter summers etc. I was eventually given a fan, after asking for it twice, and this helped but don’t stay here if you don’t like the heat in your room.
Whilst modern and clean I’d say this hotel is not worth the price and you’ll find better, more welcoming hotels, nearby.
