Very nice stay - would recommend this place! We rented electric bikes nearby the station, which makes it very easy to reach the accommodation and surrounding activities of the lake. Please mind this is a self check in, but the staff is very responsive on booking.com chat
Nothing negative to add. We were about 1.70-1.75cm tall and everything fitted well. If you are >1.90-2.00 perhaps it might be tight in the bathroom.

It’s 5 minutes from the station and 3 minutes from the “famous” Lawson store! There was a lot of room and even a loft for extra people if needed. My husband and I had a great time, there’s also a sky deck for days when it is clear to see Mt. Fuji!

This was my first time staying at this property, and it certainly won't be my last. The location is fantastic, just a short walk from Kawaguchiko Station and within easy walking distance of convenience stores such as 7-Eleven and Lawson.
One of the highlights is the rooftop deck, which offers a beautiful view of Mount Fuji. It was the perfect place to relax and enjoy the scenery.
The self check-in process was very straightforward, and I really appreciated being able to leave my luggage before check-in, which allowed me to explore the area without carrying my suitcases around.
Overall, it was a wonderful stay. I would definitely return and have no hesitation in recommending this property to friends and family.

Very clean inside. Great amenities and facilities including washing machine/tumble dryer. Beds are incredibly comfortable. Very close to kawaguchiko station and ideal for going to Mt. Fuji as we did.
Just next to the road so expect a little noise from cars (it did not bother us)
