I truly feel at home whenever I stay here! This was my second visit, and this time I traveled with a larger group. We stayed in the penthouse, which had three bedrooms, three bathrooms—two with showers—and a beautiful outdoor space. It was literally like being at home, with plenty of room and privacy for everyone. The location is perfect, close to the park, cafés, and restaurants. I also felt completely safe walking around the neighborhood with my 12-year-old daughter. From now on, this is the only place I’ll book!
There was very little I didn’t like. My only concern was that the upstairs shower handles felt a little fragile, as though I might break them if I tightened them any further to turn off the water completely. I’m not sure about the other shower since I didn’t use it.

Check-in was pretty easy. Security met with us upon arrival to review passport documents.they provide 24 hour security.
The unit is walking distance to parks and restaurants. The area is nice because of the trees and walking paths along Amsterdam.
The unit was quite sizable (2 Bed, 2 Bath unit) so we were comfortable. There is a fully equipped kitchen with full size appliances. We didn't cook, so I didn't check for spices, etc.
We had issues with noise...there was construction going on next door. The workers start at 8am and continue working until the evening hours. We were not advised ahead of time that there would be construction nearby.
Additionally, the toilets barely flush. One of them backed up and it took a while for the building manager to respond. They eventually sent a housekeeper to clean up.
We were right above the front door of the property, and could hear the doorbell ringing all day/night.
Because of the neighborhood and trees, the unit gets pretty dark late afternoon. There were lots of 3-way light switches that drove us crazy, and the lighting in the bathrooms are subpar.

The place is close to all the amenities.
Disappointing stay, especially for the price and for a place advertised as luxury. The apartment needs updating, the couch was saggy and uncomfortable, and the towels were stained with a musty smell. Not worth the cost for a three-day stay.
