Situated in Clarksville, this charming house for $246 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. Summary: This single level four bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home is perfect for your Clarksville stay whether you are PCS'ing, visiting family, or just needing an awesome place to stay while you travel. Situated in a fantastic and quiet neighborhood just 5 minutes from Ft Campbell (3 minutes if I'm driving) and close to anything Clarksville has to offer. If you'd rather stay home than grab dinner at Dae Bak or New York Pizza Depot. We hope to host you! The Space: This house is quietly situated in a wonderful community very near Ft Campbell. As you pull up the amazing Craftsman house, you will have 1 spot in the garage to park in, 4 spots in the driveway and 1 spot along the street (please no more than 6 cars). You will enter through a smart lock located on the front door. As you enter into this amazing open concept house you will have a large dining area to your right, open kitchen with a cook-top island and HUGE living room to the front of you. At the far end of the living room, on the right will be the laundry room which is open to you, our guests. Once upon a time, Ty Pennington put the largest residential aquarium in the midwest in this home, but fish do not make great short term rental roommates so it is just empty decor. Beyond that aquarium lies another living room with a Futon bed that leads to 1 queen bed bedroom and 1 full bed bedroom with a Jack & Jill bathroom. Back out to the main living room, you will have a huge and luxurious sleep sac sofa that sleeps 2 people as well as 1 futon. The left of the house has an artist studio that has been converted to a bedroom with 1 queen bed and a twin-over-twin bunk bed and another queen bedroom. Through the amazing white subway tile with free standing tub and handicap accessible shower you will enter into the King Bedroom retreat complete with two walk in closets and an office area. Out back you will find a fully enclosed yard perfect for entertaining (the correct amount of people). The backyard is perfect to hang out with family and grill out or relax by the fire pit! There are flood lights to light up the yard, but the palm trees are just for decoration. Pet friendly with fee, free wifi. Guest Access: You will have access to the full house! The house has a digital combo lock pad. We will provide you with the code upon check-in. The Neighborhood: A quiet community located near everything you would need in Clarksville. Getting Around: This house can be found using any GPS navigation system Other Things to Note: We require a signed rental agreement and for guest to be 25 years of age to book. Please note that this house is not ok for events. We can host up to 12 people at this house with a maximum of 10 people in beds, and 2 on futons. We can only allow for 6 cars maximum at the residence. Pack in play provided upon request We are a pet friendly home. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. In the event that a security deposit is collected, we will retain all or part of the security deposit to cover any costs associated with additional cleaning due to pets. We do have a ring doorbell at this home facing away from the home towards the yard for security purposes Interaction with Guests: We want to provide our guests with maximum privacy and flexibility, so we have check-in and check-out automated. We will call and touch base on the phone, and we can always have someone come and help if you need it, but otherwise, we will leave you and your friends and family to spend time together.

Lovely home spent with family. Location is close to everything Clarksville has to offer, including Ft Campbell. Nestled back off of Campbell drive, the home had a privacy fence around the back so no one would be bothered by neighborly noise.

The property was very comfortable. We were able to get in last minute due to unexpected circumstances. We couldn’t of asked for better arrangements. Grand babies loved the back yard. Especially the tiki bar, where their imagination of a restaurant came to life. Parents loved the safety of it being fenced in. Home was very spacious for all of us. We were able to extend the stay as needed. Very accommodating! Overall, it was perfect for us! Thank you

Just some things we noticed, didn’t ruin our stay at all just wanted to communicate!! • futons are broken • down spout in back yard was off • warm water doesn’t really work in the “guest” bath • master bath shower was complicated and very hot We absolutely loved our stay here!! Plenty of beds and room for us to be comfy and have our “own space” at the same time!! Easy to get to and a good neighborhood.

Thank you for hosting us at your beautiful property. We felt right at home. Each room is very welcoming and well appointed. The beds were cozy and the kitchen well stocked with all you could need to cook for your family. We enjoyed ending each night out by the fire pit. Plenty of room for a big family.

We got the chance to see our daughter's promotion ceremony and flew out at the last moment. This VRBO didn't even blink - everything was ready for us even at the last moment. A beautiful home where we ate all our meals - watched a movie or two and enjoyed the delightful backyard.. Highly recommend this home.

Our trip was a good experience. The house fit all 10 of us with no problem. Loved the open floor plan. Living room was great and opening. Over all the house was in a good neighborhood location not too far from Nashville. One of the shower with the tiles was a little hard to control the temperature of it but not to bad. Wish there was more TVs in the house and not just one but that's ok. We enjoyed our stay. Ps the bushes in the front are beautiful but pocky and should be trimmed down so you don't bush them when getting out of the car. :-) We would stay again at this location. Thank you :-)

Plenty of space for large group. We had family all meeting up. Unfortunately, we arrived on Friday afternoon and had someone wake up Saturday not feeling well - covid. We packed everything right back up and headed out, so instead of 4 days it was less than one. However, we are all confident the house was perfect, especially with all the room in the living room/kitchen area. great for big family gatherings! Owner was very responsive to any questions and concerns.
