Regular, no es para estar más de dos días

Ok for one night.

Bed was comfortable, the shower was great.

Room was cramped. The only chair was a desk chair. There was no place to sit if we ordered takeout. The breakfast was adequate at best. As usual at coffee bars with urns for coffee and tea, the urn used for hot water had been previously used for coffee which is why the tea tasted like coffee.

Enjoyed the different modern feel.

I loved that it was clean, comfortable and vibrant. Enjoyed the breakfast. Well done. Will stay again.

I’ve been gone going on two weeks now and still haven’t got my $125 a room back!!

Having to pay a extra $125.00 a room that was not mentioned when I booked the rooms.

slightly disappointed, the rate indicated a better maintained facility. I didn’t realize pictures were an option, there

the concept is great, very retro.

I expected more for the rate charged. it was Tru by Hilton, I am a great fan of Hilton Gardens.

Pleasant

Love the place. Location. Breakfast was great too.

I stayed on the second floor. The noise from the 3 floor was excruciatingly loud. The walls were paper thin. I was often awakened at night from the sounds of others opening and closing their doors. It was loud enough to think that it was my door. Recommend them invest in sound proofing the walls. One of the neighboring hotels we’re doing their business and made an overly awkward moment for my little kids to endure.

Very clean, very clean. Friendly staff. Our flight laned late and even drove into a hail storm. The night attendant had our room key waiting on us and already check in. So accomodating and understanding. Breakfast, room and amenities were as described. They even had a board with local favorites recommendations for food and leisure.

Enjoy Tru hotels. Would probably stay again.

Nice stay at a nice hotel. Rooms are small. Breakfast was good but very little overall seating available (get rid of the swinging chairs - they look nice but additional high tops would be much more functional). Breakfast was not crowded and yet no room to sit. They allow pets (We know because they were barking at 7:00am) Not good.

the location and price was good and staff but not necessarily the cleanest room and the bed was absolutely the most unco

Relaxing and much needed

The staff was friendly and helpful. The pool table in the lobby.

My tv didn’t work, they switched us to another room but the view with original room was beautiful versus the room we was switched to.

We found this place on our way to Florida last year. We plan our stops to stay here. It is so comfortable.

They accidentally charged my debit card for $156. 28 . It was charged twice and I stayed one day. I haven't received my refund yet for this and the hold for $125

Disappointing

The place seemed clean and it was easily accessible to restaurants and the highway.

Other guests on our floor smoking a massive amount of weed. I called the front desk because you couod smell it in our room and the hallway was hazy from the smoke. They confirmed it was a non smoking facility and they'd come see who it was. We never heard anyone come knocking on doors. It makes a stay very uncomfortable.
