The hotel is not providing a scheduled shuttle to downtown .

Super clean & bright and spacious;’
Nicely decorated with contemporary island flair. Perfect setting on ocean. Restaurants were delicious and the staff was great
Although nicely decorated certain areas showed wear and tear, for example the sofas in the main lobby had tears And cracks In the leather. The remotes in the rooms didn’t work well .

The hotel has a wonderful private beach. The waters are simply crystalline. The swimming pool is also great. Food is good as there is a great variety of options. Rooms are big and comfortable..
To be at Paradise Island is a plus.
There was no clarity on whether the checkin was at 3 p.m. or a t 4 p.m. I got conflicting information and had to insist to get a room as 3 p.m. as per the advise of customer service.

Check in & check out good. Sports bar was best bar service, others were not so good.
Waiters and waitresses especially were very good in all restaurants.
Food, especially buffets, cocktails & activities timetable were not of same standard as other RIU hotels. No waiters for drinks at beach. Broken shower by beach.
