Really nice resort and nice to have all the aquarium and waterpark options right nearby. Breakfast options in Sep are sparse, basically poseiden's table is it (after fees/basic tip is $45/person) unless you want to walk a bit. Our room smelled strongly of bleach when we first arrived. Not sure if that's standard cleaning or cuz a disaster happened with the last occupant, but I guess it was comforting that it seems cleaned. It cleared up fairly quickly but then you start smelling the standard sweaty locker room smell from the last people. Overall really good service and lots of very kind people, but you def get a few that give you a look and barely try to help when you walk into the vip lounge in t-shift and shorts instead of a suit/dress. Also a few staff that were unnecessarily rude at the restaurants around (Mostly more senior staff were a bit more snooty and the younger ones I've interacted with were quite courteous.) The taxis up front apparently have a standard price to the airport but the staff up front don't want to conflict with them so they just let them say whatever price they want anyways. Overall a decent place to go and very pretty, a bit too commercialized in some ways.

Eric was awesome and helpful to book tours. Very friendly, professional & top hospitality personnel. Room service personnel were nice. The guy at the entrance that got us taxis, he had a gold teeth front were very nice. The ladies at cascades, the staff at shark bites & the food stand by the rock waterfall were rude and with an attitude, very bad service. The staff at Pisces were so nice & helpful.

For the price of this stay - the staff could have been nicer, the food could have been better and the cleanliness could have been attended to. This hotel was nice in the past but has significantly gone down in quality overall.

We specifically chose the Royal because it is at the center of Atlantis resort with the most to offer...especially for families. The pools, beaches, Aquaventure, The Dig, Marine habitats, Dolphin Cay, Marina village with shops and restaurants. So much to do in Atlantis alone that you can spend your entire time here. The staff are also very warm, friendly and helpful. The location on Paradise Island is ideal. It's a short walk to the Paradise Island Ferry terminal where many boat tours depart from. As soon as you cross the bridge to the main island it's a short driving distance to downtown Nassau, the cruise port, Junkanoo beach and other popular tourist sites.

Really don’t know where to start but I guess I will start by telling everyone it’s extremely expensive to go there now I went there before Covid now the prices have doubled if not tripled. The pool close very early the lazy river or the Raptors river is only half operational. The restaurant with the breakfast Buffay is not open on Monday, Tuesday Wednesday save your money stay in the US or go to south or Central America.

We did not enjoy at all! Not a funny and enjoyable area. Staff super aggressive and rude, not nice and helpful, full of anger!!! The room was very small, no couch to sit, very thin walls that we could hear what neighbors talk about and so very noisy, the neighbors tv noise was very load may be because of the thin walls! The room doors were annoying and noisy, when anyone was leaving or entering the room specially early morning or late night we were scared and awake! not clean as expected! Cleaning was not on time. Everything expensive, actually super expensive. Technically Atlantis establish to take your money! Low restaurants and very low food variety. Pools small, not enough space for people, not enough towels. The pool staff were offering pool beds for a charge and money. We did a big mistake to travel bahamas, our 6 days trip cost us $8,000. Not worth it at all!!!Never ever back there unless I have to! There very better area to have fun and enjoy with family in US and Mexico. We lost both our money and time by going there.

It is a beautiful place, most of the staff is very rude when giving you information. They not seen willing to help you when you request something. Our camarera Michelle was the only nice person that help us during our stay.

We had the best time and loved our vacation here!! You can do a lot of walking just around the resort to see everything, but I enjoy walking and the exercise. Everywhere you look, there is beautiful landscape, fountains or pools with marine life!

A lot of dining options especially for vegetarians. The prices were a little high but that was expected going into a resort like this. A lot of amenities, friendly staff, and activities to do.

Too highly priced for what you get. It was just a room in a hugely over crowded hotel that has a wonderful pool area. As an example, the cabana rental started at $1,250. It is best to stay at another hotel and buy a day pass to the pool. The beach was beautiful, again, over-crowded and the price to jet ski or banana boat were ridiculously high.

Very disappointing We are from India and Pakistan We couldn’t find the food of our taste Also no Halal food We have no choice but to eat pizza for all 4 days What ever food available was extremely expensive Buffet in posident resturant was 70 dollars/person which was ridiculously expensive. Even in that there was nothing we can eat

Great for a one and done experience with my two teen boys. Limited dining options. Do not go to the buffet, horrible. Once it’s 7pm, things go quiet unless you gamble. Stayed at Reef…reminded me of a Vegas casino. Staff seemed irritated with guests. Majority of beach chairs are broken/disrepair. Beautiful place but shows signs of age.

We stayed at the Royal tower had an issue with our room it was almost midnight and had to be moved with our 2 small kids , we had connecting rooms with family so they lived us to an amazing suite to accommodate us without any problem an issue that come up was handled with professionalism at its best ty staff can’t wait to return

Great area for exploring but it is not overly accessible for taking strollers. I found the staff at the fast food joints and other restaurants to be rude and has a lot of attitude.

The room kept flooding from the shower and we kept calling down. They never fixed it. They would come up and say they would come back and never did. The floor was soaked and the room humid We also didn’t have housekeeping 3 days in a row and had no toilet paper, or toiletries.

The water park was the best from any other property I have stayed at with 9 awesome rides with short lines. Dinning was okay, they had a Casino with craps but no poker. The internet was hit or miss, the biggest thing was their network configuration that would not allow for Wi-Fi calling consistently. I thought it may be due to carries and country but the airport and McDonalds had perfect & free Wi-Fi which immediately allowed for Wi-Fi calling.

This was our first visit to the Bahamas. We were very pleased with our stay at the Royal Atlantis. Had a beautiful view of the sunrise over the ocean every morning. Rooms were spacious and clean. Anytine we needed anything, we'd call the front desk and they were receptive and responsive to our requests. They periodically followed up to see if our requests were met. The staff were super friendly, poliet and treated us like family. A special shout out to Vanria at Poseidon's Table who took care of us at breakfast in the morning. She was one of the most kindest and caring person I've ever met! She was professional, welcoming and made us feel like family. Also to Clayton at Nobu who made our dining experience exceptional. He was so kind, polite and super helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Atlantis and look forward to visting the resort again soon!

Spent a full week at the Royal and really enjoyed it. We traveled without kids but still found the resorts relaxing and enjoyable. The cove beach was our favorite and was decently maintained. There was some trash on the beach that could easily be removed to make it nicer. Atlantis beach was refreshing and beautiful as well. Overall, I was impressed and would recommend.

We stayed at The Royal Atlantis from 6/8/2023-6/12/2023 and were very disappointed. There were multiple unauthorized charges initiated by the front desk on my credit card, which have not been resolved as of yet. Multiple water slides were closed during the entirety of our stay. Dining options were extremely limited. When we could find an open restaurant the earliest reservation was for 8:30pm, which is tough with a younger kid.

Negative: Limited casual dining options. Too many "fine dining" options that aren't appealing to young adults and children. The casual dining options available are very over-priced. Expect to pay an extra $2,000 for a party of three for a seven-day stay on just casual dining (e.g., burgers, pizza, buffet). The hotel (Royal) room toilet kept leaking from underneath. Ceilings were frequently leaking. Positive: Safe, friendly, beautiful scenery, fun trip. Overall: Would probably not visit again but glad we got to cross it off of our bucket list.

A wonderful place for families. My kids and I enjoyed every moment of our stay. The staff was warm and friendly and the hotel/grounds clean and well cared for. There’s always something to do or see so the kids will never get bored. My son said this was the best resort he has been on to date and we travel a lot so that’s saying something!

The service wasn’t good. Everything took forever. The food was limited, expensive and not good. If it’s going to be expensive, it should taste good. We still had a good time and my kids had fun.
