There’s even a kitchenette on the ground level with a microwave and a full-size fridge for keeping poolside drinks chilled. You also have access to two large community pools, tennis courts, and biking trails throughout the quiet subdivision that are perfect for leisurely afternoon strolls. This property is managed by Vacasa North Carolina LLC You will be required to sign an additional lease agreement upon making a booking which will be sent to your email. You will not be able to check in until we have received your signature electronically. The pool is open from the end of April through mid-October. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
