I love that the place was clean and the owner was very pleasant to deal with the views were amazing and it was a quiet community 👌
The back door knob came off during our stay when we opened the door to the back to check out the views from the back patio. Owner should fix that so future renters don't think it was their fault the screw for the door knob was small which causes the knob to come off.

The property was a lovely townhouse located in a quiet neighborhood and for my purposes close to the John C Campbell School of The Folk Arts and the town of Murphy. The home was well maintained and clean. Every time I entered the townhouse, it smelled so pleasant. The kitchen is well-equipped. The living room furniture was comfortable and the bed that I used was heavenly.
