Ideal for a small family beach vacation or a peaceful and romantic getaway for two, this pristine home features a well-equipped, full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a dining table for four, and a cozy living area with a wall-mounted flatscreen TV and ocean views. Right outside, you'll find a soothing, private hot tub, while upstairs, you'll find a furnished balcony perfect for outdoor dining or just enjoying the sights and sounds with your morning coffee. What's nearby: AquaVista looks out upon the spectacular Pacific Ocean and the port of Port Orford, home to a rare dolly dock and fishing fleet. Within walking distance you can easily reach most of the restaurants in town, as well as the dock for fresh seafood, local galleries, and more. There are different beaches close by as well, so be sure to head down to the sand to beachcomb for a few Port Orford agates. Things to know: Free WiFi Full kitchen One twin sofabed included Private, high-capacity washer/dryer * Please note that the king-size bed is in an open, loft-style bedroom accessible via a flight of stairs Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Home needs significant repairs before it should ever be rented again. By far the most poorly maintained place I have ever stayed in.

House overlooks the Pacific and Port Orford and is a short walk to restaurants. Upstairs bedroom has a great view and with the sliding door open the sound of the surf is pleasant. The huge bed was comfy. Closet space was nil though. We only used the microwave and it worked fine and it seems that the kitchen has all that one would need to do actual cooking. No ice maker in the freezer so bring a bag if you use it. Security lock on the front door requires too many digits (ten I think) for easy entry. Spa was @ 104 degrees which is way hot for most and although the spa looks covered it is not rain proof. Communications with the "owner" was spotty as this place is owned by a large management company. I took 1 to 2 days for responses. Check-out was @ 11 but we had the cleaning gal asking us when we would be out @ 10:30 or so. Overall the place needs some serious maintenance as the blinds are in bad shape and the shower/tub was installed sloppily.

Such a cozy and comfortable cottage! Beautifully decorated with a nautical theme. All amenities,linens,dishware,furnishings in great shape. Very clean! Hot tub is a plus with an ocean view. Tucked away on a quiet street!

It was the perfect space everything that my sister and I wanted it was big enough for the both of us and maybe another one or two people. Everything was clean. The views are fabulous. There was plenty of amenities to go with the place. I can’t say enough about it. If you don’t sell it, we will be back.

The location was awesome. Walking distance to the beach and several restaurants, but on a quiet road with very little traffic. The view was amazing. I had hoped to be able to hear the waves crashing but we really couldn't.

Only draw back was we arrived late and found a note about a boil order in affect. Would have been nice to have at least a bottle of water provided to get started and a packet of coffee in the morning. There was dish soap, new sponge, TP, and toiletries and detergent for the washer.
Would stay here again and would recommend.

Very cute little cottage part way up a hill with a fantastic view of the bay from either the balcony or just propped up on pillows while laying in bed. A public access beach is two short blocks away. Beach is very dog friendly and not crowded at all.
The town is very sleepy but there are a few good places to eat. The crazy Norwegian serves really good fish and chips, and the Redfish restaurant has excellent food and a great view. Make sure to get reservations though.

What a beautiful little cottage. We loved everything about this home. The decor was the perfect ambiance setting to our beach getaway. I don’t think more than 2 people would be comfortable. A little sad there was no coffee provided - made for a long morning till we found a breakfast place. Highly recommend Redfish for dinner - make a reservation! Crazy Norwegians for lunch and Golden Harvest Herban Farm for breakfast and amazing breads and pastries Suggestion: Create a binder of local restaurants, times and things to see and do.

The balcony has a great view of the ocean and the harbor by day and is a great spot for star gazing at night. The bed is amazing and the kitchen and living area are set up nicely.

We loved the location of Aqua Vista and the wonderful upstairs deck off the bedroom. We could hear the ocean at night with the slider open! The great room is lovely - but I think it would be challenging for four people with the only bathroom downstairs and pulling out the couch would take up the entire room! You can walk to the main drag - great fish and chips at the Crazy Norwegian. Excellent! The Honey House for breakfast is wonderful. We went three times. Great hiking near by at the state park. A good workout with gorgeous views. Port Orford is a hidden gem on the Oregon Coast.

We loved this little place! The view was incredible, especially from the bed upstairs. We loved being able to walk down to the beach and it was a close walk to anything in town. Port Orford is a cute, quiet little town. Not a ton to do but lots of hiking nearby and it was just the relaxing vibe that our family needed. It could sleep four, but the couch bed is pretty small and our two teens would’ve had trouble fitting on it. We brought an air mattress and it was perfect. Would definitely stay here again!

The place is very cute and perfect for a couple looking for a getaway. The living room is cozy and you can't help watching the gentle waves rather than the TV. The kitchen and bathroom had everything we needed, including lots of towels and some extra for the hot tub. Good solid WiFi for streaming shows or if you need to get any work done. Walking distance to the beach, some cute shops and restaurants with a full sized grocery store close by. The only downsides were the vertical blinds in the bedroom need to be replaced. You can't really close them so I felt sort of awkward trying to get dressed without cars and people walking their dogs having a show. I think most people were looking out at the water rather than into our window. The floors could also use some extra attention. The place next door is also a popular rental and had a lot of activity with people coming and going just a few feet away. For the most part it was very quiet and we enjoyed our stay a lot, especially the upstairs deck. Whether gazing at the water or the stars, it was the place to be.

Location is wonderful. I loved the view. Nice deck off the bedroom to sit and enjoy the sun. Very comfy bed. Appreciated having the washer and dryer. Cozy vacation home.

We enjoyed our stay at AquaVista and certainly hope to return. The views from the house were spectacular and we had a huge storm while we were there which made the views even more exciting. The house was clean and well equipped. The bedroom was on the second floor and the only bathroom was downstairs which would make it difficult for people with mobility tissues. Hot tub was great and relaxing.. Loved my stay.
