Disappointing

The bed was comfortable, good sized TV and plenty of off road parking.

The images online do not represent the accommodation well. There are also no exterior images, which had there been I would not of booked the accommodation. It looked very run down from outside, and I was unaware of the close proximity of the hotel. Overall I was very disappointed, I felt it was value for money when I booked but having stayed would of rather of payed more for a hotel in Edinburgh.

Very pleasant weekend break.

Apartment finished to a high standard, kitchen appliances and units all appear new with handy breakfast bar and modern stools. Plenty storage space for clothes. Great location for exploring further afield and just a short walk to train, bus station and high street. Would definitely return.

Grab rail in shower looked dirty with brown stains on brackets. TV mounted outside shower/toilet door quite awkward as mounted at head height. Due to proximity of main road, Windows blinds required to be kept shut to maintain privacy

Fantastic Apartment.

Fantastic apartment with all the amenities necessary to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The room was clean, quiet, and very well decorated. The bed was very comfortable, and all of the kitchen facilities were excellent. Would definitely stay again on my next visit.

Sold a kipper! Not what we were expecting. It’s a single storey concrete shed in a hotel carpark. It lacks attention to

unclean, carpark location, association with hotel, noisy.

the apartment was clean, well equipped but the pillows were most uncomfortable.

location close to train station

i was awakened by the noise level from the carpark late at night , which affected the next day with working a 12 hour shift with lack of sleep. the kitchen window was allowing a full exposed view of the apartment when the blind is open, there should be another one to allow daylight in whilst providing some privacy

Fine

I liked that the manager was very responsive to my complaint about the cleanliness of the kitchen area and the shower. He had the shower head replaced and both areas deep cleaned. The bed was very comfy and the fittings in the studio apartment are of good quality and the finish is good. Parking is easy. Easy to walk into town. Good flat screen TV, Kettle, fridge etc all good.

We did arrive a little bit early and followed instructions at reception which were to phone a mobile number. A lady came and showed us to our apartment. Bed was made up and iat a superficial level it looked fine. She opened the dishwasher and it was full of pots. She said that she would come back later to sort that and a blind which was stuck. We unloaded our gear and went to our son's house. When we came back at night, we made a cup of coffee rather gingerly and noticing that things were a bit grubby and the dishwasher had not been emptied and was actually smelly. Shower in the morning revealed that this area was not properly cleaned either. The entry door was a bit bashed and the key loose also. Since the price was not cheap we had resolved that we wouldn't be staying there again despite the convenience for our son's home where we would be spending most of our time. The manager saved the day and we will definitely consider staying there again.

An unassuming place that surprised us every day.

The staff were excellent. There was a glitch in our booking but they couldn’t do enough to make our stay enjoyable.

Nothing really. It’s not a 5 star place but the service was.

EXCELLENT LOCATION ALSO THE STAFF WAS REALLY VERY HELPFUL AND THE HOSPITALITY WAS SUPERB . THE BEACH WAS JUST 1 MILE ALWAY . ALDI WAS JUST 1 MINUTE MALK , THE BREAKFAST WAS REALLY GOOD AND LOTS OF VERITIES . Enjoyed the stay with family and will do come back for sure THANKS.....

was great being in the centre however Wee bit noisy in the wee small hours due to noisy pedestrians coming out of near by night club

This is a scam, check image of the apartment below, its a shed besides the road, one room with a bed, sofabed and a double bed, not an apartment with living room, kitchen and bedroom as advertised. SCAM SCAM SCAM - will be uploading a video very soon, stay away if you want to enjoy your holiday

Suited my needs but would not choose again due to proximity to busy road

Lot of road noise. With being one room could hear fridge noise during night. Shower head on small size

Excellent apart from wifi

I didn't go for breakfast only because I had really early meetings not for any other reason I would highly recommend the apartments ,staff were brilliant ,facilities great, wifi not great couldnt get connected which I could have done some work in the apartment but unfortunately couldnt

Fabulous Apartment

The fact it was self contained made a big difference... +washing machine & fridge.

Noisy car park that was linked to the hotel... But i got used to it. Walls very very thin heard relations happening nxt door.... Could've done with an airer or something i was there for the week and had wash hanging everywhere.
