We had a wonderful holiday, thanks for the warm welcome.

It is spacious and comfortable with all the required utilities. The location is excellent for visiting the area and catching a train into Edinburgh.

It’s tricky to reach the bath plug because of the shower screen, when bathing the little children.

Great stay, quiet location, excellent value for money.

Great location for us, near to family. Ground floor facilities, only 3 steps into the property. Comfortable and clean, and the owner Billy and housekeeper Kim very responsive and kind-particularly when we had a medical emergency.
