Rooms comfortable. Beds fine, air conditioning excellent. Rooftop bar was really welcoming. Two swimming pools that were never that busy. Staff were always helpful. Close to supermarkets and ghe bus station for Cancun airport, Tulum etc. Safe in the room
Pool furniture was a little worn. A fridge would have been helpful to keep water cool

Great central location in Playa del Carmen - close to shopping, restaurants, and the beach. We booked the family room and had two separate rooms and bathrooms. The rooftop pool and lounge area is really nice. Had a great breakfast at the restaurant. Fran at the bakery was really friendly and nice and we enjoyed a delicious lemon tart and banana bread. My brother had a meeting the last day and the front desk host was really helpful to him to get the wifi he needed!

Loved that there was a restaurant and a cafe on site. Guests get 10% off at the restaurant but you have to ask for it.
No hand or face towels provided - only towels for showering.
Water leaked out of the shower to the surrounding floor.
Wifi was horrible and it would only connect to my phone some of the time. I could not get my laptop to connect to the wifi at all in the week that I was there. The staff could not/would not do anything to fix it
Would be great if the restaurant staff asked if you were a guest to apply the discount, especially when they see you more than once.
There weren't very many lounge chairs by the pool, and the ones that were there were in rough shape and needed repair.
If you get a room beneath the restaurant/bar, be prepared for loud music/bass until late.
