About this house rental
Located in Frisco, this lovely house for $403 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. Sunshine #3IT-F Our calendar is updated in real-time & our nightly rates are accurately displayed. Simply enter your desired dates and click 'Book Now!' Sunshine is a 4,600-square-foot home, custom-designed for the ultimate sound-front vacation experience. Drive through the tall pines and live oaks of Indiantown Shores into the secluded cul-de-sac at the end of Live Oak Lane to arrive at Sunshine. The Pamlico Sound is just forty feet away, with great wind sports, kayaking, fishing, clamming, and crabbing. This home caters to folks who are looking to hang out together while exploring the beach, the sound, the neighborhood, and all the adventure this special island has to offer. Outside Sunshine, you'll find an under-house carport, two outdoor showers, a fish-cleaning table, 4 kayaks, a 2 paddleboards, and a half-bath. Skip up the stairs to the first floor of this two-level home. Play pool, Ping-Pong, or shuffleboard in the huge soundfront game room, or step onto the deck and jump into the seven-person hydrotherapy hot tub. The bonus den has a home theater, surround sound, games, and puzzles. On top of that, there is also a kitchenette with a full-size refrigerator, a washer/dryer, a full bath, and an office with a workspace for anyone wanting to catch up on remote work. Walk through the first-level door into the sleeping wing with two bedrooms with nine-foot ceilings and private baths. The primary bedroom also has direct access to the deck, though you can also get there from the hallway. On the second level, you will be awestruck by the view of Pamlico Sound through the 22-foot floor-to-ceiling windows. The expansive great room boasts plenty of space for the whole family to hang out while admiring the gorgeous sound view or watching something on the large TV. The group chef will love the well-equipped kitchen which is adorned with a six-burner Viking gas stove, a double oven, two dishwashers, and a large pantry. Sit at the center island with a breakfast bar to socialize, eat, prep, or simply keep the cook company before heading to the dining area, which can comfortably seat all your guests. There are three bedrooms on this level, each with a private bath. The fun kids' room features two bunk beds and a loft area with bean bags and a TV for watching their favorite movies. SHARED AMENITIES -Pool THINGS TO KNOW The fireplace is available from November through March. Guests have access to the Club Hatteras Pool Facility. Additional details about this facility will be shared in your check-in email and during the check-in process. The club is typically open from mid-May to mid-October, depending on the weather. You will be required to sign an additional lease agreement upon making a booking which will be sent to your email. You will not be able to check-in until we have received your signature electronically. Please contact us directly if you do not receive this agreement. This property is managed by Vacasa North Carolina LLC. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 5 vehicles. Security camera details: Installed 2 Blink cameras: one showing front driveway and steps, one showing rear steps and water. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

Wonderful home with tons of views

We fell in love with Sunshine the moment we arrived. It is such a huge house with all the amenities. Loved the shower room, shuffle board table, movie room, kitchen, kayaks, and hot tub. The sunsets over the sound were the best. Kayaking was beautiful. Every morning I would go out on the deck and swing on the porch swing and watch the birds and boats on the sound. I would recommend this house for sure, one of the best.

Large home, room layout is great for multiple families. The best sound view I've had in many years of coming to OBX. Well stocked with things to do and use of the water toys is something not all rentals have. We had a great week even though it rained quite a bit.

The good - gent of room on the first floor. Had a blast playing ping pong and pool with my friends. Had plenty of bedrooms and baths. The view was amazing. The kayak and paddle boards were cool too take out on the sound.
The bad - It's near a community so if your looking to go down there with some friends and have a good time then make sure your quite at night or you'll get a note left on your vehicle with duct tape on your paint job. Most of the sliding doors were hard to open and close. Bring WD-40 with you and spray the top and bottom where the door slides on. The water in the hot tub was nasty and the cover was broken. It actually hit my friend in the head during a bad storm the first night. The top floor was hot due to the sun beating down on it through the windows. Kitchen appliances needs fixing (parts of the stove didn't work and the utensils sucked) and some of the rooms had TVs smaller than my computer monitor. The shower curtain in my room was dirty and dingy and needed to be replaced.

We loved being right on the Sound..so quiet, beautiful sunsets and plenty of marine life to see from our balcony. Great neighborhood, easy access to other beaches, fresh seafood. Great place for a family gathering.

beautiful house/view poor service
The house was beautiful with an incredible view. Service from Vacasa was non existent. Has had some maintenance issues that were not addressed. We rented a house with a hot tub and got to use it once before it broke. No one ever came to fix it.

Fabulous house
We loved being right on the Sound..so quiet, beautiful sunsets and plenty of marine life to see from our balcony. Great neighborhood, easy access to other beaches, fresh seafood. Great place for a family gathering.
