The ground level has concrete parking, an outside shower, a carport, and super-easy ocean access. The first level has four bedrooms, two baths, and a laundry area. One bedroom is a master with a TV and DVD player. The second-story great room has a half bath, a tall cathedral ceiling, and panoramic views of the beach. Breakers has an excellent kitchen boasting a long breakfast bar and a nearby dining area. Comfortable furniture and a TV will keep Frisco vacationers entertained and happy after dark. A wide, south-facing sun deck with furniture is Breakers's greatest attraction. If you want to see the beach close up, ask for Breakers! Things to know: You will be required to sign an additional lease agreement upon making a booking which will be sent to your email. You will not be able to check-in until we have received your signature electronically. Please contact us directly if you do not receive this agreement. This property is managed by Vacasa North Carolina LLC. Please note: Guests have access to the Club Hatteras Pool Facility. Additional details around this facility will be shared in your check-in email and during the check-in process. The club is typically open Mid-May to Mid-October, depending on the weather. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles. This rental is located on floor 2. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

The property was outstanding, beautiful views, excellent location, clean, well stocked… was able to have a beautiful 2 (out of 5) Thanksgiving vacation here. Despite the property being great, upon arrival the water heater was broken. Knowing it was the eve of thanksgiving and going into thanksgiving, getting service would be difficult. The representative parked with us but told us time and time again it would be serviced, never to be serviced. Finally decided to move us to another property. Also beautiful. Also promised a 50% refund on our stay. We have not had our refund honored or heard from anyone regarding the process to make this right. No one to contact, no numbers?

Beautiful view of the deep blue sea. We have stayed at this house several times and it never disappoints. Going back again first week in December. Best part of house is location, location, and the location. Photos throughout the house of family fishing are what Frisco is all about. Laid back and very relaxing.

We LOVED the location of this house ON THE BEACH and in a quiet neighborhood! There's the sound of the waves crashing and it's just a short, steep climb over the dunes to the uncrowded beach. The kitchen is spacious and well equipped for cooking. There are lots of towels, and extra blankets and pillows. There is a closet full of games and puzzles, plus a shelf full of books. Really, the only issue we had was getting into the house. The electric deadbolt is finicky. While Vacasa was quick to answer our phone call, the information we were given wasn't helpful in getting the door open. In fact, one thing we were told to try was a special code that indicated that the batteries needed to be replaced. After waiting over an hour, a nice maintenance man showed up to help us 'unstick' the door. I would suggest an extra security lock on the main door (like hotels have). Except for one window, the bedrooms were equipped with room darkening roller shades, which is nice on vacation. There are some minor maintenance issues that need attention. The ice maker needs to be fixed. There's a sign indicating it's broken and some ice trays in the freezer. Who wants to spend their vacation refilling ice trays every day? Where the carpet meets the laminate upstairs, the tack strip is exposed and hurts feet. Porch furniture could be updated for more comfort. The one rocking seat was nice. Overall, a great house in a wonderful location with beautiful views. Open the kitchen window and a porch door, and there's a great cross breeze. If you want to feel like you live at the beach since you can go back and forth between the house and beach at leisure without having to drive, this is a great option!

This house was amazingly clean, you could eat off the floors. The location directly on the beach was fantastic. The location on the beach was peaceful and private. The view of the ocean was unobstructed. We saw as many as 20 dolphin passing at one time. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking supplies and utensils. There are plenty of board games, and books for family use. The online description is very accurate. W highly recommend this home, and would love to stay here again.

The house itself was nice and beach access was fantastic. We had issues with management not communicating with us when we had issues with the house. The washing machine was broken and we were not contacted with any updates on whether it would be fixed for the remainder of the trip.

The best thing about this house is the view. The deck is a perfect place for coffee in the morning and drinks and snacks in the afternoon, The kitchen was well-equipped, if not well-lit. We also loved the extra table, so we had one for dining and one for puzzling.

Easy access to the beach. House is clean no bed bugs. Ocean front home with a great view. Kitchen well stocked. Needs a few more comfortable chairs on top deck. Gas Bar-B-Q would be nice. Market is nearby Neighbors were quiet and friendly

This home was clean and comfortable. The layout was perfect for my family of 5 and the kitchen was well suited for cooking meals in while there. It reminded me of the quiet beach homes of my childhood. Nothing super fancy, but obviously well cared for and located in a great quiet neighborhood.

Really like the house, amazing views. My only issue was the property management company said there was not a grill (specifically asked) so we brought one. There is a charcoal grill available. So for future renters- there is a campground style charcoal grill right at the base of the stairs.

Pretty much your typical beach house. 4 bedroom and 2 1/2 baths. Kitchen was nice and roomy and had everything you need to cook a nice meal. Only drawback was no outdoor power lift for taking bags to second and third floor. Lots of steps.
