We deliver 1-1.5 hours from the Hendersonville NC area. Back bedroom has two top bunks, and one bottom couch/bed. TV in living room with a pull out couch and wrap around dinette that also converts into a bed for 2. Stove top, small oven, Microwave, and refrigerator with small freezer in kitchen. Large open living rm, outdoor stereo, LED lit awning, outside kitchen with a small outdoor propane grill. Outside Kitchen has plenty of storage also. WHAT DO WE SUPPLY? Dish towels, beach and shower towels (tell us how many guests so we have enough for everyone) We typically supply max 8 towels due to space. We include dishes (we try to think of everything but if you need something specific just let us know and we will make sure it's in there), silverware, pots and pans, and RV safe toilet paper as well as sanitizer drop ins for toilet. A coffee pot,and filters as well as a tea kettle. paper towels, small vacuum, full propane tanks, some games, small propane grill with propane canister. WHAT SHOULD YOU BRING WITH? Pillows, sheets (depending on how many guest we suggest 1-2 queen and 2 twin sheets.), and quilts. Toiletries (we do try to have emergency shampoo and soaps in the RV), Coffee or Tea - (We also occasionally have grounds that we supply) please bring folding chairs or purchase (Outdoor Kit), bug spray, sunscreen, rain gear it does rain sporadically here. Inner tubes in case you want to jump in the French Broad River (ask to rent ours)! Bikes, to enjoy the many bike trails. You may want to bring plastic wrap or foil, Ziploc bags, food, drinks. SPECIAL THINGS TO BE AWARE OF: DELIVERY TIMES ARE AS FOLLOWS: If you have scheduled your trip on a week day please note: Drop off M-F 7:00 pm Pick up M-F 7PM Sat-Sun Drop off or Pick up between 10am-2pm please let us know when your check in/ out is. IF the drop of times poses an issue for your trip please call / text us so we can try to work something out. PLEASE CORRESPOND WITH US ON THIS SITE. RVSHARE DOES THIS TO PROTECT RENTER AND OWNER. BEFORE YOU BOOK: When booking your reservation at the campground please let them know our RV is 32' in length and has 2 slides, we need 30-50 amp service and a Pull Thru site (If it is not a pull thru site please be sure it is going to be feasible for our rig to set up there. Many sites have heavily wooded spots that will not allow us to extdend our slides out) please also be sure the site has Full Hook Ups IF- You can not find a full hook up we do charge a 50.00 dump fee that will cover our time to take it to the dump and properly clean out tanks. IF- we get to a site that is not pull thru and we can not get into the site easily with out damaging our rig or open our slides and the campground can not accommodate an alternate site, we will have to cancel the reservation and you will forfeit your deposit. This has never happened and will not happen if you tell them in advance we have slides and need a pull thru site. This RV is in great condition please help us keep it that way. Well behaved dogs are welcome for a nominal fee! We will allow 1 Large Dog or 2 small dogs. They can not be left alone in the RV unless they are in a crate. Accidents happen but, any damage that is caused by animals or people will result in a partial or full loss of your security deposit. Keep a sheet or blanket on the couches IF your dog is furniture trained. We do not rent out the RV for Burning Man or Transformus events. (We have done that in the past and it did not serve us well unfortunately) Smoking and Vaping is not allowed in the RV If there is evidence of smoking in the RV you will forfeit $250.00 of your security deposit.. Please smoke/vape outside far from any open windows :) . We have had 4 years of wonderful renters and many great reviews we still have fun using our RV and know you will too!
