Bay Spot features 5 bedrooms, 3.5 baths and boasts beautiful views of the Assawoman Bay, nightly sunsets and the public fishing pier. Every aspect of this newly renovated home has been professionally designed and furnished with your convenience and comfort in mind. Residing on the entry level of Bay Spot is an open great room allowing ample space for the whole crew to come together. The room is outfitted with cortex flooring and the latest coastal furnishings as well as a TV. Off of the great room, one will find Bedroom #1 which is furnished with with two queen beds and showcases a private on-suite bath that contains a custom-tiled shower stall. One has direct access to the covered backyard porch from Bedroom #1. The mudroom area off of the central hallway on this level features a stackable washer and dryer and half bathroom while also granting a back entrance. For a gourmet experience, head up to the second level of the home and gather around the dining table all while enjoying sweeping water views. The well equipped kitchen features cortex floors, quartz countertops, a center island with seating, stainless steel appliances, and tile backsplash. An additional sitting area accents the dining room and kitchen as well as a bay block deck. Unwind in one of the four bedrooms on this level. Bedroom two is furnished with a king bed while bedroom three is customized with two twin built in bunk beds. Both of these bedrooms have access to a bright and airy common full bathroom with bathtub while bedrooms four and five are appointed with queen beds and share a jack and jill bathroom with bath/shower combo. The outside of the home is just as spectacular as the home itself. The fenced in yard makes the backyard very private. Accents to this oasis include outside chairs and table and chairs, custom corn hole boards and grille. The property also features a gated driveway that accommodates roughly 4 cars and the single car garage provides one additional parking space, which totals 5 parking spots on the property. There is also free off-street parking in-front of home. The house overall was in very good condition. There are some scratches and dents to use, but a great house. Location on the inlet side made it very peaceful and still an easy walk to the boardwalk. Overall it was great stay and everyone enjoyed the weekend there.

This property had no issues accommodating myself and 13 other adults looking to visit OC for the Memorial Day weekend. As everything shown in pictures and description of all amenities provided; we’re spot on! Had a great experience staying here and will be coming back in the future for many trips. One of the least stressful experiences I have had working with property manager. I recommend this to any big groups or multiple families trip looking to come to Ocean City!

Communication with property owner was great, very responsive of any needs. No negative things to say, overall a great place to stay. Would recommend more storage furniture of some sort, lived out of suitcases most of the time. PLENTY of storage just no shelfs, etc. Place stays extremely comfortable with adequate AC. Great place sha'll return next summer:)

This house was perfect! I booked it basically unseen as the house was under construction when I booked, but after talking to the owner and seeing the location I was confident it would be nice. It’s right off the bay and the kids like the fishing dock next door, the house was clean and smelled like new (neighbors said we were only the 3rd people to stay here). The kitchen and upstairs balcony is where we spent most of our time as is had a bay view for a great sunset. We will be coming back for a longer vacation next time! I can’t forget, there was plenty of room in the driveway for the trucks and my kids liked the corn toss game in the backyard.
