Everything about the house was perfect except too many parties in the neighbourhood we were woken up
Multiple nights and had to call the sheriff there needs to be security, this was difficult with our families as we had young children we had to be ask neighbours to turn music off after quit time for this reason we would not stay here again unless there was locked gates and security

Nice home but too many issues. While I was able to get resolution on some, I could not spend my entire vacation on issues that they likely knew existed before I arrived. Two lawn chairs broken, one of the games in the minion room inoperable and leaning, master bath toilet wobbling, fan remote missing in girls room, dirty doors & walls, stained furniture and the gate entrance code never worked.

We had an awesome stay house was perfect for our group . With all the rain we had pool issues but management was quick to rectify that . Kids enjoyed game room and pool we had ample space for our needs . Kitchen well equipped also .

The place was nice but no privacy between the houses. We found two insect also in two of our rooms and a few of the room doors wouldn’t lock. Besides that, Beautiful home!

We had a great time on our Disney vacation. The first night we were there the downstairs air was not working properly and we called maintenance and they had it fixed within the hour. Would definitely recommend .

Place was just as listed. The property was beautiful. Had a few technical issues with dryer and fridge but maintenance came and resolved issues the next morning. Housekeeping left lots of cracker crumbs in the clear view on the stand in the play room. No other complaints, it was a pleasant stay. I would stay again.

Large family VRBO
Very nice, friendly staff at club house, large spacious bedrooms, pool and hot tub. Full equipped kitchen. 9 bedrooms each with its own theme. Kids loved this. Full game room pool table, air hockey, tv, game table. Full master bedroom with large bathroom with huge walk in shower and jacuzzi tub. Along with 3 full other bathrooms. Excellent for large families and can sleep up to at least 22 plus people.

Super property... I would book again for our corporate meetings. For last minute booking u must go to office. This experience was a bit painful, especially as only the person that can do this is the person that booked. The staff at the property management company did try to help.

Loved the house. Had everything we (group of 20) needed and more. Kids loved the pool and game area. Adults loved the space and location.

Family Vacation 2021
This home was exactly how pictures described. My family and I had a blast. We ran into an issue with the TVs upstairs not working, but I called for the maintenance guy and he was there in less than 2 hours. He resolved the issue as well. Although we never got the ice machine to work on the refrigerator the maintenance guy worked on it for us as well. Plus we were out exploring a lot so it wasn’t a big issue. However everything in the home was nice & neat. I appreciate the owners for being on standby. We definitely would stay here again.

Everything was super clean , beautiful kitchen, big rooms , enough space for a big family,like 5min to Disney world , 2min to target cvs, Walmart . Very convenient. I’ll stay here again for sure the kids love the pool & spend most of the time there . 100 % recommend this house .the only little l problem that I had was that not all the TVs connect to the wifi . But I didn’t try to contact anyone to help me with that issue.

There were only a small amount of areas where cleanliness was missed such as the master bath with the tub downstairs where there was a lot of hair left on the tub as well on the provided towels and sink area. Other than that and the sand/dirt in the pool.. But the home was beautiful.

Amazing Stay! Brand New House!
This house is amazing! Enough space for large families to be able to relax after long days at parks. House is very spacious and comfortable beds. Great experience with property management from the check in process to check out. Kids spent most of the time in the pool and Game Room! If you are looking for a place that’s spacious, well equipped and clean this is your place for sure!

Great Place to Stay!!
We stayed at this beautiful brand new home and it was everything we expected and more!! Very spacious and Clean. Close to shopping and supermarkets. The property was quiet and the kids had a great time at the pool and they love the Minions Game room. I would definitely book with Florida Scandi again!!!
