Cleaness. Separate bidet toilet & shower. 3 queen size beds. Comfortable.
It's a hassle to pay accommodation tax during check in. Paid by credit card but still show unpaid. Need to call staff for help in order to get room entering detail.
Fortunately phone called staff is helpful.
Space a bit limited for 3 big luggage.

Spacious and close to Urakami station, restaurants and a supermarket. Easy check-in and check-out process. Responsive team virtually and onsite during cleaning.
No proper clothes drying facility. A rack or hanger with pegs would have been useful.
