Pets & Smoking – Pets are welcome only at approved pet-friendly properties, and smoking is strictly prohibited inside.
Care & Cleanliness – Please treat the home with care, report any damage immediately, and leave it tidy upon departure.
Rubbish & Parking – Dispose of rubbish in provided bins and park only in designated areas.

We all had plenty of space at Eco Retreat, It was very comfortable and had a nice vibe.

The house was rather quirky, the bedrooms were very spacious and all had their own bathrooms. This suited our family stay in beautiful Byron. The host was very responsive and helpful.

The property was excellent for our family group. It is in a great spot high on a hill behind Byron Bay township and was clean and functional.
The only negatives were:
- maintenance of the decks is overdue (this is required for safety)
- no coffee maker
- no internet
- kitchen needs updating
If these are fixed I would rate the property five stars.

We were relatively happy with our stay but we’re shocked to learn upon our arrival that the very spacious bedrooms had no drawers or shelves or even a table or luggage stand to put our belongings. We had to live our of our suitcases on the floor for 7 days which was very baffling to me. This should be a basic offering in any house at any price range to offer at least minimal storage for clothes.
