Located in Belmont, this lovely house for $90 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. A quick flight of stairs, takes you to your warm, spacious and cozy living quarters/suite complete with 1bathroom, spacious open den w/ matching leather sleeper loveseats, kitchenette, home theater w/65” smart TV, dining area, and cozy alcove with FULL size memory foam mattress. Depending on the weather, you can cozy up to the gas fireplace! While it is spacious, we limit guests to 2 adults —best suited for well acquainted friends due to shower openness! NOTE: we have a guest apartment (private & separate) below the LodgeOverGarage so please be respectful of quite (11p) time and noise in general. The space Our Guest Suite is a wonderful, spacious, Lodge-like living quarters over our attached Garage at the back of our house and with its own private entrance (we live here year round). To access the area, you will walk up a flight of stairs. This unique space has just about everything you need to settle in and stay a while. Note the full size bed is within an alcove that is small. While it is an overall spacious guest suite, we ask that guests be limited to 2 quaint friends d/t openness of shower. Must be 25 years or older in order to book. Please limit car to one and park on the curb in front of our home. NO PETS, NO PARTIES, NO SMOKING WHATSOEVER of ANYTHING! For our guest and our family’s safety and security, three security cameras are outside (one near our front porch, one near our back/garage area, and one in our private back yard). Other things to note Must be at least 25 years old to book. We do have a sweet senior kitty (who does not access the Guest suite,) as well as a sweet indoors only pup. Since we live on the premises, we do ask guests to be respectful of our space regarding noise and 11p quite time.ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING OF ANYTHING AT ANYTIME, NO PETS, NO PARTIEs and no unauthorized guests And please limit to one car and park on the curb in front of our home.

We stopped here because we were going to a wedding in the area and were very pleased! It’s so nicely decorated like a forest lodge, with wood paneling and a large stone (gas) fireplace. Such a great amenity on a rainy weekend like this one! Large theatre room, fire ring, tidy little kitchenette. The host was very kind as well! Will definitely stay here again if we’re in the area.

Our accommodations could not have been better! The space was warm and welcoming from the moment we walked in the door. The fireplace and theater room were nice amenities and the decor was spot on. Most importantly, the place was clean, well stocked with anything you would need, the host was very kind, and communicated well before, during, and after our stay! The lights of Christmas Towne were beautiful and we very much enjoyed our stroll through downtown Belmont!

Stayed at the Lodge while taking a 5-day course at the Whitewater Center (10-min drive). Such a cozy and comfortable place! Appreciated all the decorative touches and the snacks left by Cindy. Esp nice to have the popcorn and movie snacks for the home theater after a long day out. Nice seating area outside, as well. Definitely recommend!

This is a very cute place to stay. The space was cleverly designed with the shower separate from the sink/toilet area. There is a working fireplace and a theater room attached to the living area. The bed is a double but that was fine too. There are stairs in case that is a problem for you, but we are seniors and did fine. We ate breakfast in so the Keurig, small frig and microwave suited us fine. It is a quiet neighborhood so there was no problem with noise. Host are quick to respond if you have questions/issues.

We were in town for a wedding, so we only stayed the night, but this space was lovely. It was comfortable and had more than enough amenities to stay longer and explore the area. We were really impressed with how efficiently things were laid out and wish we had more time to stay longer. Thank you Cindy!
