Situated in Mallory Park, this lovely cottage for $190 per night is a great option for your next vacation. Fantastic location on GROUND FLOOR, beach & village less than 1 mile away. Upscale 1 bdr cottage w/ upgrades: marble floors throughout, the bdr has African Hardwood floors w/ ceramic tile inlay. Bath: a jetted tub & oversized shower w/ 2 shower heads. The kitchenette includes granite counters, mini fridge, & electric cook top. Close to shops & restaurants. Walk 2 Pier Village. BR has a King & the LR has a brand new Queen sleeper sofa. Includes 2 adult BIKES. Please note for larger families: You can rent the 3 bedroom front unit, Property ID 1982332, separate entrances and backyard 1) First floor (no stairs and there is no one above you). 2) Walking distance to fun places. 3) Pet Free Environment (No animal hair anywhere) This unit has a fireplace, but it has bee turned off for safety reasons. So, the fireplace is not functional, is only for visual appearance. PLEASE NOTE: IF BOOKING A FRIDAY OR SATURDAY NIGHT, A 2 NIGHT MINIMUM IS REQUIRED (UNLESS THERE IS ONLY 1 NIGHT LEFT AVAILABLE). NO PETS or ANIMALS - Due to allergies, we have a strict no pet or animal policy. Any guests agree when booking this property that in the event of an animal entering the property, the guests will immediately be required to vacate, the remainder of their trip will be cancelled without any refund provided. Additionally, guests agree when booking this property that he/she will pay a pet (or animal) fee of $200 per pet (or animal) per day.

Large accommodations for two. Ample room for two more if needed. Nice basic acutrements. Loved the jetted tub and large shower. Conveniently located to The Village and Beach. Our hosts were very attentive and personally rectified an issue right away.

The area was perfect to walk to the pier or super short drive to the beach accesses. Bikes tires were flat and could only blow up two so maybe need to get those fixed. The property was perfect for the 3 of us! Thank you for a great stay!

This was our first visit to St. Simons Island. We loved everything about it. The accommodations were ideal - great location, modern & clean, outdoor area for relaxing. The bikes were an added bonus. My husband (80) & I (74) love to bike and this mode of transportation was perfect for exploring the island. Lots of great restaurants close by. Our favorite for breakfast was Palmers Cafe - best French toast.

Property location worked fine for village functions and bike riding. Accomodations were quite inferior. King bed okay but sofa and chair uncomfortable. New furniture would make quite a difference. The decking outside is rotting and not safe to walk on. Generally, the place is in disrepair.

We enjoyed this property! Very Nice and Clean. All my paperwork said we could check in at 3pm so we did. And noticed a few things weren't provided that said they were and went to the store to get them. When we arrived back those things were there, and I noticed that a sign check in after 4pm. However that doesn't stop me from renting the place again.

The property was clean, quiet, and comfortable with easy access to the beach, pier, shopping, and meeting point for the trolley tour. Parking was also a breeze. Any questions or concerns we had were managed promptly and effectively. Overall, the property, with its available amenities (i.e. jetted bathtub, bicycles, and patio furniture), helped to make our weekend perfect!

This was the perfect little spot for our long weekend getaway. Super close to the pier village and very bikeable to the entire Island. The two bikes were clutch for us and made our stay extremely easy. It was great having a king bed and the bathroom was splendid having a shower with a rain fall head and a normal shower head, plus the jet tub. It was super easy to check-in and out. It was quiet and exceeded our expectations. Definitely would go back and stay again!

My husband and I went to St Simons island for a quick getaway and to enjoy the island by bike. The island has tons of bike paths and lots of sights to see. One day we drove to Jekyll Island and enjoyed their bike paths. It was a great trip. The island is easily walkable. One thing we weren’t prepared for was that the duplex has Keurig’s. Easy to find a grocery for some pods but we brought coffee and filters.

We loved having access to the bikes to explore SSI during our stay. Great location to easily bike to several beaches, downtown, and the pier. Also loved the double shower heads for cleaning up after a day at the beach. Check in and out was smooth and easy.

It was perfect for our weekend getaway. It’s a short walk to the pier and village shops and a short drive to East beach. The recommendation of Crab Daddies was a good one. The only thing we didn’t do was ride bikes. We would have needed tools to raise the seats because we didn’t feel safe as they were.

Wonderful place, it was a great location, very safe, just a short walk to the stores, restaurants and the water. You can stop in at St. Simon’s park, which had cool trees and a playground/sports fields for kids. It was also easy to get to the neighboring islands. The bikes were in excellent condition and worked flawlessly. So happy to have fenders on that rainy day. The back bike rack, basket and drink holder on the girl bike was very helpful to carry things and have them easily accessible. They were great to be included, we rode all over the island. The place was clean and had a lot of amenities. We really like the open floor plan. The shower pressure was outstanding. The bathroom is beautiful. A great supply of cooking utensils, pots and dishes. good television and Internet. Would stay again and if had others, would rent the adjoining 3 bedroom apartment. It was beautiful too.

My husband and I had a great stay. We were walking distance to the pier and restaurants and took advantage of that. Beautiful area with beautiful homes. Host was very responsive although we didn't need to contact him during our stay.

My wife and my 7 month old son stayed here for a few days in order to just escape from life! It was fantastic, convenient, and clean! Only suggestion I would have would be to get some blackout curtains for the bedroom! I like to sleep in a little longer! Haha
