The location of this hostel is superb and the place is very clean. I really appreciate the showers that give you a lot of privacy. Staff was friendly.
We had a private room and the bed was super comfortable.
Unfortunately there was not many people during our stay and we missed some hostel-organized events. But maybe this was due to low season.
Also the opening hours of the bar could be different - it would be nice to have coffee before 11, but there is Family Mart close, so we went there.:)

Beds and room space, all staff are good in English and approachable. They have a kitchen upstairs and cafe with tables that is very convenient for those who need to work
First floor toilets can easily be dirty since a lot are using it plus those cafe guests, it's not that bad but I prefer using the 2nd floor toilet since this is only for guests staying. Hair dryers need an update/upgrade 😅

It was relatively convenient to get to from the subway, it is near the skytree and attractions near that. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
It is literally underneath a railroad track. Not adjacent to, under - the train runs over your head. There is a lot of noise, a lot of shaking. The bed was not very comfortable for me.
