We stayed here with our 2 kids during a heatwave & found the place to be a bit cozy & hot as the only AC is a window unit in the living room & 2 bedrooms are located upstairs where the heat rises up to. Reese was quick at responding & accommodating, providing us with extra fans which helped maintain a manageable temperature throughout the stay. The location is great for people looking to be close to downtown, but still looking for a quiet place. The place could use some additional amenities, like some extra seating, a broom for small messes, a better stocked kitchen and if listed as kid friendly, a gate for the steep stairs above the basement. Overall, it was an decent stay, although we expected a bit more for the price we paid.

Great location! Supposed to be able to accommodate 6-8 people but kitchen supplies like pots, large bowls, plates, etc are minimal. Only a couch in the living room- needs more seating for 4 people to be able to sit and visit. Host was very pleasant and I think the townhouse has potential but needs more to offer for what they are charging ❤️

Great property close to downtown and we found tons of interesting places in Bridgeland! Village Ice Cream , Made by Marcus ice cream , organic grocery stores etc … the townhouse had plenty of room and was very clean !

We rented this location for a family stay of 6 adults and 1 infant for our daughters wedding in Calgary. Arrangements w Reese, the owner, were efficient and answered quickly. When we arrived there were a few minor glitches. There was a shortage of some supplies which when we informed Reese he delivered them quickly personally. Also there was an error in the listing as it said the unit had a bbq. When we talked to Reeses he was surprised as the unit never had a bbq. As he has several units he quickly investigated this and discovered it was a listing error w VROB which he corrected. Reese even offered to bring over his own BBQ which we declined. These are the only reason we gave the listings accuracy as a 4 but they should now be corrected. Although the unit has 3 bedrooms we would recomend the unit for 4 people not 6 due to seating/eating space. We would rent from Reese again.

This property is in a great location and is well suited for three couples to stay in. For the most part we had a great stay but there were a couple inconveniences such as not enough towels for everyone, and issues with the door code not working so we could not get into the property on two occasions.
