Look no further!!! 🙂 This 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath log cabin located in Crescent City, FL literally has something for everyone! This home features a master downstairs with a king bed , 2 oversized bedrooms upstairs with a king, queen, full, twin, and futon. There’s room for the entire family! Private boat dock with guest boat parking. (Lift is used by owners, guest boat parking is not covered) With the game room, pool, hot tub, full size tennis court, basketball goal, corn hole fire pit & fishing you’ll never get bored! BUT... if you do these places are close by! •Disney & Sea World 1 1/2 hours away •Ormond/Daytona Beach 45 minutes (you can drive on the beach here) •Salt Springs (with boat rental) 1 hour •Renegades on the River Tiki Bar 15 minutes •Welaka State Forest (Beautiful hiking trails, pet friendly) 17 minutes Motorcycle riders? Any route you take from here is absolutely beautiful! Did I mention Crescent City is known as the “Bass Capital of the World” Pet friendly *with approval Owner is a licensed real estate agent in Georgia & Florida Main Floor: Bedroom 1: One king bed with TV and full bathroom Fully equipped kitchen Dining room Living room with TV Game room with games, foosball, and TV Half Bath Upstairs Bedroom 2: King bed, twin bed, Desk, TV Small Reading area with books Bedroom 3: One Queen bed, One Double bed, 1 twin bed small futon and Desk Outside:Pool & Hot Tub, dock with guest boat parking Free WIFI is provided. There is no laundry provided. Other things to note *We want you to know that we’re doing our part to help our guests stay safe by cleaning & disinfecting frequently touched surfaces (light switches, doorknobs, cabinet handles, remotes, etc.) so you can relax & enjoy your stay. *Dogs are welcome with prior approval. Please review policies regarding pets under the House Rules as well. *Occasionally appliances & equipment such as dishwashers, pools, fireplaces, hot tubs, etc. can malfunction. We will service & restore these amenities as quickly as we can, but will not make any rental concession for time without these items. We ask that you follow all guidelines & policies regarding use of amenities in order to keep them functioning at peak efficiency. Be sure to plan in advance if you want to get in the hot tub. It allows you to power it on for 2 hours before it shuts down automatically. It also takes more than 2 hours to warm up to barely a Luke warm bath temperature. Turn it on about 3 hours before you want to get in. But at the 2 hour mark, you’ll need to go turn it on again.
Otherwise it was a great stay, spacious and charming.

The place was amazing!! Plenty of room for all 11 of us (7 adults, 4 kids)! We loved hanging out by the pool and at the dock. The kids totally enjoyed catching fish off the dock, playing tennis and basketball!! Dee(host) was great. Everyone says they want to go back again!!

This property was amazing! The check-in process was seamless. We spent the weekend here for Mother’s Day & wished we had booked it for longer. We loved playing foosball, board games & eating at the family dinner table inside. Outside was even better with so many amenities such as basketball, tennis court, cornhole, pool, hot tub, & fishing off the dock with a beautiful view of the lake. Winn Dixie is conveniently located right down the street & also some close restaurants nearby. We would definitely book here again! :-)

The home is beautiful and very well maintained. We enjoyed the pool and my son loved the tennis court. The kitchen was stocked with everything you need to make a great meal. The beds were comfortable and the owners were extremally responsive and caring.

Place was amazing, especially with kids. It was spacious, clean, and perfect for what we needed. Enjoy the pool and outdoor areas. The rustic character made the experience even better! I would say the one thing that could be updated is the lighting in the upstairs bedrooms but I would not hesitate to book the place again if I was town for another event. I think it is important to mention, there is not a ton around but the Winn Dixie is super close, so very convenient for getting groceries!

We had an amazing time at this beautiful log cabin on the lake. It is located in a beautiful and quiet, historic neighborhood. Our family of four, my cousins family of five, and my aunt and uncle all stayed in the house, and we never felt cramped. Everyone had a place to sleep and we had so much fun swimming in the pool and playing in the game room. We were in town for a wedding and it was the perfect set up. We were very impressed with the responsiveness of the property manager/owner? (Dee) was on top of everything and we were very happy with our stay. If we are ever in the area again, we will definitely be booking this house.

This was our first time booking a home for our annual family fishing trip. Check in was extremely easy, the home was very clean and homey feel. Loved that grocery stores were right up the street and the boat ramp was a few blocks away. The property manager was very responsive and seemed to care about our stay. Don't find that with many vrbo stays. The kids even adults had a blast, pool, tennis court and a game room. The rooms were very spaceious for the whole gang, and beds slept AMAZING. One small detail that i especially loved was the huge dining room table. It fit our gang so everyong could sit together for each meal. Whenever we fish Cresent Lake we will definitely be staying here again.

This property could be nice if they would do general upkeep on the property. The scenery was beautiful. The cabin needs some maintenance and upkeep. Doors don't close. Alarm going off due to low battery. A good cleaning is needed.
But the biggest complaint was the key not being in the lock box on arrival. I tried to call the property manager several times with no answer. I text her and finally got a response indicating the cleaning staff said the lockbox was broke so they left the key behind a sign. That was not a good way to start off a vacation. I wonder why the property manager would not have contacted us that day to let us know? Also, the water in the cabin smells bad, sulfur or something, it was very unpleasant to go in the bathrooms. We ended up leaving early.

It was my husband’s 80th birthday celebrating with our two sons their families and a few friends. The weekend was full with a birthday by the pool, teenagers enjoying tennis, 11/12 year olds playing basketball, and boating. We had two boats there, with plenty of room. At night we enjoyed the TV/Game Room and Karaoke. Call in all, WE SHALL RETURN!!!

Plenty of room to spread out; the kids enjoyed the pool, tennis court, and the big TVs for playing games. Dee responded right away to the one question we had and was very kind. The only reason for one star off was that it was not noted on the description that the lake is not swimmable. It was our first time to Crescent Lake so we were unaware of that BUT it was clearly and visibly noted multiple places on site about the alligators, so no harm. The lake views from the pool area are gorgeous!

We have a great time celebrating with my family. Plenty of space and room to accommodate us all eating, sleeping and hanging out comfortably. The extra large pool was a special treat to cool off and relax. Highly recommended for a large family or group of people.

Amazing getaway!
Amazing lake cabin with things to entertain children of all ages! Private pool, jacuzzi, and basketball/tennis court kept the kids busy during the day, and the games and foosball inside kept our family laughing all night. An amazing retreat from our busy outside world.

Dee’s property was just as expected on the listing. Pool and spa were great. Used the dock to fish. Enjoyed being within walking distance to a restaurant. Overall, great spot for our little family reunion!

We rented a boat from a local fish camp and were able to dock it at the house. Everyone loved the huge hot tub. The dogs love the fenced in yard and the separate smaller fenced area is a great for them too. The kitchen has everything you need. This is our 2nd stay at this home and we hope it won't be our last. The owners are very responsive as well. Don't hesitate to book your stay.

January Get Away
We absolutely loved this house, the lake and the yard and pool area. There was something to do for all of us. Kids, adults and our little 4-legged member)
We brought our own boat and the ramp was very close and convenient and loved having a place right at the dock behind the house to keep it - going in/out on fishing missions was simple and fast. Everyone was catching fish which always makes it more fun.
The pool and hot tub area was AMAZING! Possibly the nicest (or biggest) I’ve ever seen at a private home.
The dining and kitchen area allowed our family of 9 (us and my sons/family) to enjoy our meals seated together which is something we look for.
Thank you Dee for such a great experience in a great place. The town was sweet and quaint and we are already talking about returning.

We rented this place from 11/06 to 11/09 based on your pictures and description. To our dismay, we arrived at a home that did not correspond to the narrative.
We rented a home for ten persons and, while advertising for twelve, could not accommodate us: not enough chairs, cutlery, and outdoor settings. A stool outside was the home of a beehive, and it is a miracle that none got stung. The owner refused to let us use the gas fire because it was not cold enough, a mere 54 degrees! The fire room was so dark that we could not use it and had to retreat to the dining room to see each other.
The tennis court is not maintained and does not have the measurement required to play. Additionally, the fence is right on the lines making it impossible to practice any tennis. The lack of maintenance could be seen by the partially damaged screened pool, flapping in the wind, making the place looks like a war zone.
Cockroaches were roaming inside, and windows had partial drapes obliging us to put some towels to block the street lights at night.
Finally our 2 year old son found 2 times an old fishing hook in the terrasse. Dangerous.
On a positive note, the bedding was good, the rooms were spacious, and the dining table was superb, but overall, the asking rent exceeded the services offered. Frankly, the amenities were not up to the descriptions of the house.!
Additionally, if you forget your belonging, the owner will ask you for a good review before thinking about sending you back.
