Room size is perfect for 4 pax with space to put luggage and 2 toilets. Location is great with a lot of food around and easy to walk to nearby places.
It can be quite hard to get taxi if you are travelling with family and needed to travel far. The reception couldn't even help to get but asked you to try and get it by the road side. If you need to travel to airport early in the morning do get your transport sorted out beforehand!

room size and 2 toilet, quieter (though older) area in Macau.
There was a fire alarm instance on my 2nd day and i had to bring my elderly (who cannot walk very well) down from 6th floor at 1230am; luckily, our neighbors assisted us. Sadly, there was no clear communication and no formal apologies but staff had kindly provide us with 1 bottle of water. 1 Chinese guest ask and we overheard that it should be likely due to either someone smoking or issue with the fire alarm. Lift was also unavailable for 30 min and we waited at lobby. While we understand the issue, but the subsequent lack of communication and the missing apologies/ compensation was sadly a miss for us.
