The massive deck with outdoor lounge and dining furniture, and barbecue provide a perfect setting to enjoy the water views and passing birdlife. Located on a quiet no through street only 150 m from Pretty Point Bay beach this is truly the perfect family holiday home. The backyard is fully fenced with lawn areas for the comfort and security of both kids and fur babies. Sorry, no Schoolie or group bookings will be accepted.

My wife and myself plus extended progeny stayed in the property for a weekend. It was perfect! Very comfortable with every possible facility and convenience. The rear garden was well fenced and our dogs were quite safe there. A very quiet area with just a short walk to the dog-friendly beach. We thoroughly enjoyed the property and will certainly consider it again in the future.

The location is great, near Mackenzie Beach. The house is fully fitted out, and good water views from the balcony. An AC in the downstairs bedroom would be ideal in summer, that's the only improvement I can think of.

The house was great although in hindsight we needed an extra bedroom. Great views from the balcony and the kids loved the ping pong table. A few negatives which were due to the cleaners not the owners but overall would recommend.

Noel and Ritas home was beautiful and in a great location! We had our large family all together for a family holiday, and the house was perfect for having us all together! The house even had a baby gate available to prevent our kids from going down the stairs! Noel and Rita were great to communicate with and very helpful with any issues! Great stay, would recommend and visit again!

It was great to have a water view from the deck & to be able to stroll down to Pretty Point beach. We really enjoyed being close to Malua Bay beach for swimming & fishing as well.

A lovely place that's very accommodating. Enough space to accommodate all of us, clean and functional bathrooms easy for everyone to use, nice kitchen and great living room and patio to relax in. We had a fabulous stay! The house was perfect for our mixed group of adults and teens, with lots of beds and space. Kitchen is great and had everything we needed as we preferred to cook and eat in. The water view from the huge deck was amazing. We spent a lot of time on the deck. We swam at several nearby beaches and took some scenic hikes along the cliff areas. We really appreciated the hosts allowing us to check in early. Overall, a perfect stay and highly recommend.

We have holidayed at this house many times. Always found it to be wonderfully suitable to all our needs from Grandparents to babies/ toddlers and primary school age children. It’s expansive deck is great for having breakfast, lunch and dinner for the 10 of us overlooking the little dog friendly beach. Kitchen is well equipped for all of our needs. The lounge room has a great air conditioner for when it’s hot or muggy in January. Fans to most bedrooms. Beds are comfortable. A very enjoyable stay. We would love to holiday here again if possible.

We had a great stay at Heaven! The house is wonderful - plenty of space for nine of us, especially with the fabulous all-weather deck. Love the hot outdoor shower with access to the deck - made cleaning up after the beach easy. And the location is lovely - views of beautiful Pretty Point bay, close to McKenzies beach, dolphins, kookaburras, eagles etc! Thanks for having the house so clean for us too. Delightful all round.

Brilliant stay. Love evening dips at Pretty Point Beach. Early morning walks along Malua Bay Beach. We explored all the beaches between Surf Beach and Broulee. Kids loved boogy boarding at Lilli Pilli. Husband loved bidybsurfing at Mackenzie and I enjoyed snorkelling at Guerilla Bay. Area truly has something for everyone. House was excellent. Beds comfortable. Great layout. Brilliant verandah and very quiet neighbourhood. Even over NYE. Kids loved table tennis downstairs. Lots of board games - scrabble, mastermind, chess, checkers. We loved staying here.

The house was beautiful, and location was perfect. Owners were extremely helpful and responsive and a delight to deal with as well. Check-in process was so easy with access and availability. Nole and Rita also offered and made early check-in available as house was ready which was extremely nice of them and not something you get from other properties. We could get there till well after 2pm due to kids and constant stopping on the way but the offer and the chocolates they left for us as a welcome gesture with lovely note made the stay even more special. Thanks for making out holiday even more special.

Amazing location, can see and hear ocean from balcony, lovely to wake up to. We had visits from dolphins and passing pods of whales. Great place if you don't want to get in a car all holiday, but also within a short drive from a number of nice sandy or/and secluded beaches.

There were six of us from 65 to 85 years young plus one small fur person! We had a lovely time, a short drive to local cafe and a little further to Bateman's Bay. Enjoyed walking along the escarpment looking at the beaches and ocean. Very quiet. The owners are a delightful couple and very helpful with our enquiries via the Stayz app. Everything went according to plan. Janelle

The house was large enough to fit two families. it was very well equipped and had a lovely big balcony with water views . The location was quiet and close to lots of beaches and other sights of interest. We would definitely stay there again.

Relaxing stay at a lovely large property overlooking a small bay - so only a very short walk away ! Dog friendly. Beautiful decking. Close to Batemans Bay/ Malua Bay and Tomikin / Disappointing not to have Wifi or 4G as family had to work whilst away and needed access.
