My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house is gorgeous and immaculate, and Cassandra was the most lovely and responsive host. She was even so kind as to buy a gift for my baby granddaughter! The area was wonderful as well, and we look forward to returning again soon.

Although I enjoy 5 star hotel stays, this 5 star property beat them all. Initially the price gave me pause, but the sunsets over the catskills and the Hudson alone were worth it. The property is located on a private cul-de-sac and once you are inside or on the rear deck you wouldn't know there was anybody else for miles around. Cassandra, our host, was amazing from start to finish. She typically responded to texts and emails within minutes. The house was sparkling clean and fully stocked on arrival. A storm had blown some leaves into the pool and someone arrived promptly to clean things up. We were greeted with a bottle of wine, a basket of snacks and a full set of instructions. The 8000 square feet provides space for everyone to gather or for you to find a quiet nook somewhere to relax. The upstairs bedroom suite is jaw-dropping magnificent. All of the bedrooms are spacious and most have balconies. The house is flooded with natural light and large windows keep you admiring the river and the mountains. The kitchen features top of the line appliances and everything you need to prepare meals. The upper deck outside is the perfect place for family meals with a view. The pool and hot tub are delightful and we used them frequently during the hot weather of our stay. The heater is quick and effective and allowed for midnight swims under the stars. The location is perfect, just a few minutes easy drive to the shops and restaurants of Rhinebeck. There are multiple historical sites nearby and plenty of opportunities for hiking and other outdoor activities. What else can I say? We are already planning our next visit! Thank you Cassandra.

The house and setting were fantastic and the host was super responsive from start to finish. House was loaded with everything we needed. Fun hikes and town of Rhinebeck were within 5-10 min drives. Would stay here again for sure.

My family has stayed at a great number of properties over the last few years, and there is simply no better property than this. It is magnificently beautiful, warm, comfortable and stacked with features. Cassandra is the nicest and most accommodating of hosts. It's our second time here and we will be back.

Cassandra is lovely and incredibly accommodating. She and Sheila made sure we had everything we needed and more. The house and property were everything we hoped for. We can’t wait to go back.

We stayed for New Year’s Eve with some friends and family. We enjoyed the house and the owners were very kind and responsive and helped us! The house was spotless and the kids has a great time playing ping pong and pool! Would love to go back again especially when it is snowing! Highly recommend!

We stayed here over the Thanksgiving holiday to visit with extended family who live in the area, and this home was the perfect gathering place for our 3 young families plus grandparents. The views from the house of the Hudson are just stunning. The home's spacious playroom on the bottom floor was a huge hit with the kids, which meant the adults could enjoy the large kitchen and cozy living room and gas fireplace in peace! Cassandra was an exemplary host, so hospitable and helpful with information about the house and the Mid-Hudson area, both before and throughout our stay. We hope to be back!

The house was extremely clean and spacious. The endless views inspired such a great sense of tranquility. The owner left a thoughtful welcome basket and was very cognizant of the needs of the toddler in our family. There were some issues with the HVAC which were cleared up through the combined efforts of the owner and the property manager. It’s a great location featuring those views and a quick and easy drive into Rhinebeck village. Overall, it was a great experience and we would not hesitate to return.
