The apartment was simply tastefully, and simply decorated. Yet there was plenty of storage and everything I needed for the stay. The chair and a half were a lovely touch to be able to curl up with a good book. I have nothing but positive comments and after staying in Montreal 4 times on previous occasions, my search for the perfect place is over. I will absolutely stay again when visiting my son at McGill. Le Roseline restaurant was a epic meal and the 10% discount for being a guest of the apartments was a welcome gift.
I had trouble with opening the window for fresh air. More trouble closing it, and had to remove the screen and pull it closed manually. Really no other complaints. The blue light from A/C, microwave and fridge combined was a bit annoying at night. I finally had to power off the a/c to reduce some light. It actually lite up the whole room. Lastly, I was curious about the $15 Starbucks gift card if you left a Google review. I am not a fan of Starbucks, and certainly wouldn't seek on out in Montreal when I prefer to support all the great local cafes.

The apartment was a good size. Great kitchenette. Bed was comfy. Bathroom well appointed. The location was the best! Great restaurants, sites, sounds and lots of people watching.
The property was just a little tired. Apartment could use a deep cleaning and a fresh coat of paint. The sofa needed a cleaning.

We loved our stay here! The hosts were extremely friendly, communicative, and accommodating. The unit was clean and comfortable. The location was outstanding! Walking distance to amazing restaurants, rental bikes and public transit. We would absolutely stay here again - it was hard to leave!

Great location, decent size studio, kitchen nice
Furniture was worse for wear (kitchen table was pockmarked, stains on bed frame), bathroom has a serious mold issue; inside of bathroom door could use a good cleaning
